This Factory Administrator role is a key position within the business, providing essential administrative and clerical support to ensure accurate information, efficient processes and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities of the Factory Administrator
Manage correspondence and communication across the business.
Undertake data input, data retrieval and routine reporting.
Update and maintain filing systems, databases and company records.
Process paperwork accurately and efficiently to a high standard.
Support the wider team in achieving business objectives.
Provide administrative support within a busy manufacturing environment.
Ensure all records and documentation are maintained accurately.
Liaise professionally with internal departments and external customers.
Ideal Experience for the Factory Administrator
5 GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
Previous experience as a Factory Administrator, General Administrator, Office Administrator or Plant Administrator.
Experience within a manufacturing, factory or industrial environment would be advantageous.
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent customer service skills.
Well organised with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
