With a strong commitment to operational excellence, they seek an experienced Insurance & Claims Executive to manage marine insurance matters, claims handling, and complex maritime disputes.
What will you be doing?
As an Insurance & Claims Executive, you will be responsible for handling a broad range of marine insurance claims and ensuring smooth coordination between insurers, surveyors, and internal departments.
Your key responsibilities include:
Managing all aspects of marine insurance claims, including hull & machinery (H&M), protection & indemnity (P&I), cargo, pollution, and charter party disputes.
Reporting cases to insurers, collecting relevant documentation, and following up on claim submissions and reimbursements.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date claims records in compliance with insurance procedures.
Coordinating with surveyors, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of claims.
Acting as a point of contact for emergency response and maritime incident management.
Supporting insurance renewal processes with statistical reports and claims data.
For the Senior Executive role, additional responsibilities include:
Managing complex and high-value marine insurance claims.
Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
Are you the ideal candidate?
Bachelor's degree in Law (with a focus on maritime law preferred).
Experience in marine insurance, claims handling, or risk management
Strong knowledge of H&M and P&I claims, including cargo disputes, pollution incidents, and vessel-related claims.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

What will you be doing?
As a Technical Superintendent you will be working within a dynamic team responsible for the safe and economic operation of a fleet of Containers & Tankers handling conventional engine types and Dual Fuel engines.
Duties:
Oversee vessel performance
Responsible for the technical and operational condition of vessels.
Provide subject matter expertise and support to your vessels, crews and colleagues
You will ensure vessels are fully certified according to international maritime legislative requirements, Flag State administrations and Classification Societies
Manage all phases of the dry-docking process from initial planning to completion.
Are you the ideal candidate?
This is an excellent opportunity for a Technical Superintendent and qualified Chief Engineer/2nd Engineer looking to be part of a highly recognised company.
Knowledge of dual fuel is beneficial and need to be competent in technical operations.
Requirements:

Claims Handler (P&I/ FD&D) - Permanent - Singapore - $100,000 - $160,000+ SGD
An opportunity has arisen with a leading P&I club in Singapore for a Claims Handler to join their busy team and deal with P&I and FD&D related claims
Duties will involve independently handling your own claims file, providing relevant support to members and brokers and also internally with Underwriters and Loss Prevention team.
The successful candidate will have direct experience of P&I and FD&D claims by working for a P&I club, shipping law firm or shipping company.
