JOB DESCRIPTION:
Taking enquires and creating luxury travel itineraries
Specialising in luxury cruise products
Ensuring every potential customer is offered a friendly, knowledgeable, professional service,
Following up on quotes to try to ensure they are aware of unbeatable prices or alternative quotes to secure a reservation
Ensuring all itinerary details are communicated thorough to the client
Taking Payments
Making any initial amendments to itineraries
Assist with pre- and post-departure queries
Upsell be offering additional products and excursions to ensure a customer's unique experience
Bring ideas to the business, help find new potential customers
Work to achieve sales targets and earn commission.
Be flexible to work 5 days over a 7 day rota, primarily between 9am to 6pm
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The ideal candidate will have previous travel industry sales experience, with knowledge of luxury travel and cruise.
However, if you have worked for a high street retail travel agency and have not specialised in luxury or cruise, but are keen to do so, this is a great opportunity for you to develop in your Travel Industry career.
And if you have target driven sales experience from an alternative industry, with exceptional customer service and ability to liaise with high-touch clientele, this could give you the opportunity to start a career in travel, at a point this industry is really taking off again.
THE PACKAGE:
Salary starts at £25,400 with an OTE of £25k - £30k pa, but Senior Consultants and Top Earners can earn in the region of £30k - £35k pa.

About the Role
An established inbound travel company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join its FIT (Fully Independent Traveller) Department in London.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate bookings, and exceptional client communication.
Working closely with the department's Manager, the FIT Operations Executive will help coordinate all logistical, supplier, and internal processes, maintaining high service standards and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage the FIT email inbox, ensuring timely and professional communication with clients and suppliers.
Process incoming FIT reservations, booking accommodations, attractions, and related services through internal systems such as Tourplan and Prioticket.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure efficient service delivery.
Manage the full operational cycle of FIT bookings, including service confirmations, travel document preparation, and problem resolution.
Review arrival lists and hotel confirmations to identify and correct potential discrepancies.
Produce weekly operational reports for key suppliers to support performance transparency.
Oversee daily close-outs for online travel operators to maintain accurate availability and prevent overbookings.
Create and manage bulk bookings to improve operational efficiency.
Coordinate all aspects of Tour services, including ticket allocation, transport bookings, operational reporting, and trend analysis.
Handle post-departure feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and process improvement.
Perform general administrative tasks to support the wider operations team.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be a motivated, customer-focused professional with a strong eye for detail and the ability to perform well under pressure.
Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and confidence using online systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
A proactive, independent approach to work combined with strong teamwork skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
Fluency in an additional European language (French, Spanish, German, or Dutch).
Previous experience in inbound tourism, particularly within the UK & Ireland markets.

As an Operations Executive, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of tasks, operate group tours throughout the UK & Europe.
Your proficiency in Polish will be instrumental in liaising with our Polish-speaking partners and clients, driving efficiency and excellence in our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, manage and operate groups once confirmed by working closely with service providers including hotels, coach companies, guides, attractions, restaurants etc;
Communicate effectively with Polish-speaking partners and clients to address their needs and concerns;
Book services for confirmed groups and ensure accurate details are entered and kept updated in the EI system;
Prepare all documents such as vouchers, rooming lists, programs & liaise between your colleagues, customers and suppliers;
