About the Role:
We're looking for a reliable and multi-skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team on a 12-week temp to perm basis.
You will play a key role in ensuring our facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all regulations.
This is a hands-on role involving routine and reactive maintenance across a variety of systems and structures.
You will also work closely with third-party contractors and support occasional production activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out routine and emergency maintenance tasks on buildings, utilities, and equipment
Perform general building repairs - including plumbing, joinery, plastering, painting, and decorating
Maintain accurate records and maintenance schedules
Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programs
