We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team.
The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.) Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices. Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions and to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks. Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs. Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other WTI and Tremco employees
Job Requirements:
Commercial Roofing: All levels; at least 1 year preferred Reliable form of transportation Acceptable background check per company standards Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20.00 and $33.00.

JOB DESCRIPTION
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Researches commodities markets, sources and cultivates a list of suppliers, negotiates and executes Supply Agreements, and maintains effective business relationships with key suppliers.
Acts as first point of contact and problem resolution for supplier issues and concerns regarding service level agreements.
Communicates Tremco procurement policies and performance metrics (quality standards, on time delivery, NAFTA certification, import documentation, supplier audits, etc.), and takes action to negotiate claims and secure concessions in the event of non-compliance.
Ensures that necessary documentation (purchase orders, invoices) are appropriately verified and authorized, and follows up to resolve discrepancies.
Maintains financial records (current costs, price standards) and forecasts commodities trends in support of near and long-term production plans and budgeting requirements.
Provides accurate, up-to-date information to the Roofing Supply Chain team for defined commodities (raw materials, packaging, etc.) on quantity, quality, and availability, to support production planning necessary to meet sales/operational objectives.
Collaborates with cross functional groups to identify new, and sometimes non-traditional opportunities Serves as the main product sourcing liaison between Tremco and other RPM subsidiary organizations to identify and review new mutually beneficial opportunities. Works with the RPM Center Led Procurement Organization on cost reduction opportunities as well as reviewing RPM landscape for insourcing options. Is aware of and ensures that own and other's actions are in alignment with Tremco's OHS&E procedures and protocols and RPM's code of conduct policies.
EDUCATION:
HS Diploma with 4 years' experience (purchasing, procurement, supply chain, materials processing or similar) OR Bachelor's Degree with 2 years' experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Two to four years related experience and/or training (see Education above)
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to be organized and thorough in execution of work, and consistently follow through on commitments Understanding of commodities markets and raw materials specifications (quality, consistency) Understanding of costing models in a production environment Functional abilities in SAP, word processing and spreadsheets Ability to develop and maintain vendor partnerships'

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:
TheWTI Field Resources Supervisor is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Reps in his/her respective regions to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for the highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process of all WTI Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to previous and current job sites, and proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet the required percentage.
The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel. Weekly communication with Sales Managers is required.
The Supervisor will field all questions/concerns from the WTI Field Reps and will handle all discrepancies between the WTI Field Reps and the Sales Force. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. The Supervisor will also be the main contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a WTI Field Rep. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer. Conduct training (both hands-on field training and classroom style) for Field Reps, according to WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval/certification of each Field Rep, including OSHA Hazard Awareness, ToolBox Talks, etc. Provide training of new contractors on the proper application of Tremco Roof Systems.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc).
This will involve working with the superintendent or technicians assigned to the project to ensure delivery is on time and within budget, as well as selecting and managing all sub-contractors.
Additional duties will include participating in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects.
Also, responsible for Sales and Service Support, Field Resources, and Customer Management communication as necessary.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for contributing to, validating, and signing off on all proposals and specifications.
Conceptual Phase (estimates & schedules) Program Planning Phase Design Phase Conduct Prebid Construction Phase Conduct Pre-construction Effective Close-out Cost Estimates and schedules Use of ebuilder for all project documentation per policy manual. Accountable for project cost/budget variance & profitability. Accountable for Quality Assurance. Understanding of subcontractor agreement and corrective measures of notification to subcontractor per the executed agreement.
Proper letter notification to non-compliant subcontractor agreement articles, i.e., no waivers of lien for lower tier subs, missing submittals, etc. Set project timelines and goals. Manage key metrics and report on a regular basis or as required. Coordinate work with Program Managers, Sales & Service Support, Customer Management (WTI & Tremco Roofing), and Resource Management. Participate in the Preventive and Corrective Action process with responsibility and authority to: Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to service, process, and quality. Identify and record any service, process, or quality system problems. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels. Verify the implementation of solutions. Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming products until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. Review all bids received and conduct contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance. Approve Proposals for submission (i.e.
pricing, specification, scope). Direct Project Manager, technicians, and superintendents. Sign-off on project billings. Responsible for change order negotiation and approval.

Pre-Bid Stage:
Conducts Pre-Bid Meeting, agenda outlines the required format of the Pre-Bid Meeting.
Document responses from Pre-Bid meeting minutes are documented or audio recorded and compiled into meeting Minutes on the form. Receives and processes Pre-Bid Meeting Agenda and Sign-In form.
Forwards published copies to local Tremco Representative, Superintendent, Facility Contact, and Roofing Subcontractor. Bidding Stage Publishes, approves, and distributes Addendum (where applicable) Receives and reviews bids and agreements
Pre-construction Stage:
Provides established Project Schedule. Assists the Superintendent in planning and coordinating the Pre-Construction Meeting. Provides the superintendent with necessary subcontractor information, such as site-specific safety plans, certificates, etc., from the Bid Form prior to the Pre-Construction Meeting. Conducts and processes completed Pre-Construction Meeting documentation and distributes to all applicable parties.
Construction Stage:
Daily receipt and review of Daily Inspection forms. Visits job site as necessary. Receive and review Weekly Progress Meeting Minutes, Attend or be involved via conference call. Maintain Project Schedule process updates from the superintendent. Perform site audits as appropriate. Authorize and generate Change Orders as required. Authorize subcontractor payments. Authorize Customer billing. Assist the Superintendent with any problems during construction.
