The Field Resource Inspector is responsible for completing documents, forms, processes and data gathering to ensure accuracy, quality and integrity in our field inspection reporting.

This position is responsible to perform specific inspection services at the direction of the local Foreman or Supervisor.
The Field Resource Inspector will work independently or with other resources depending on the task being performed.
The Field Resource Inspector will complete and be responsible for all types of job site inspections including: TremCare, Job Site, QA and QA Plus.
The Inspection technician is responsible for daily review and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality as it relates to the performance of inspection services.

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Review and confirm all work orders scheduled.
Completion of all safety related activities using the designated tools mandated by Tremco
Take photos to document phases of work performed on the job
Job Site Inspection specific:
Ensure the Spec has been read and will be taken to the project location.- Job Site Inspection specific
Check materials for specification compliance, material type and proper storage
Walk the roof with the Foreman.
Address proper drainage, staging, application and details
Observe and document all work being done The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $33.

The Production Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Production Operator levels (I, II, & III).

Deliver customer support through industrial trials, mill audits, special projects, data analysis, and detailed reporting to retain existing customers and attract new ones Compile and analyze industrial trial process data, and prepare detailed reports providing conclusions and action items from industrial trial runs. Keep thorough and updated records of activity history with active and potential cement additive customers. Design and execution of plant industrial trials and mill audits. Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical or mechanical) or chemistry - master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cement manufacturing process control or quality management.
Skills and Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge and understanding of cement manufacturing, cement chemistry, and raw and finish mill circuit operation. Basic understanding of cement additives chemistries. Ability to interpret lab outputs (e.g., XRD, clinker microscopy, isothermal calorimetry, and physical test results) to develop customer-specific strategies and product recommendations. Proficiency with cement standards (ASTM, CSA, etc.). Strong knowledge of milling equipment, particle classifiers, circuit configurations, and pyro processes for optimizing clinker performance. Basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Teams, Edge Internet Browser. Knowledge of industry trends, including low clinker content cement production and co-grinding with alternative materials. Responsible for managing Tremco's product safety compliance programs, specifically maintaining compliance with U.S.

Responsible for maintaining Tremco's transportation safety data in SAP to ensure packaging and transport compliance with U.S.
DOT, IMDG, and IATA regulations.
Responsible for maintaining product Safety Data Sheets in the SAP database for all Tremco.
Assist marketing department to ensure product labels and technical data sheets are compliant with various regulations and review/approve all labels prior to release.
Assist in maintaining North American Chemical Management System.
Duties include developing, reviewing and releasing SDSs and Label Guides, and reviewing and updating substance toxicological data.
Compile data for submissions related to environmental programs (TSCA, TRI, etc.) and corporate EHS submissions.
Responsible for interfacing with agency representatives during compliance inspections.
