Position Summary:
Responsible for production and compliance assigned duties.
This includes but is not limited to batch and process manufacturing, compliance responsibilities, inventory control, bulk material handling, and packaging.
Essential Functions:
Works with Production Supervisors, Process Technicians, other Utility, and the Corporate Compliance Manager in the safe handling of the equipment and chemical intermediates in both storage and use in production
Understand and demonstrate compliance with HMIS, SDS's, HAZCOM, General Safety, HAZWASTE, LO/TO, PSM, PPE protocol, and proper housekeeping
Management of Wastewater including monitor and reporting of tank volumes, compliant and effective loading of the outbound water trailers, sampling tanks and trailers, neutralization when necessary, and weight tickets for outbound trailers
Management of Storm Water including monitor and reporting of storm water in containment areas and reporting to Corporate Compliance Manager, Sampling Storm Water and logging samples into laboratory, compliant and effective discharge of the Storm Water, and completing the cycle of required documentation including the Storm Water checklist back to Corporate Compliance Manager
Housekeeping specific assigned areas and duties
Maintain hazardous waste satellite and accumulations areas such that they are compliant with all regulations, including monitoring containment pallets and emptying via proper disposal when necessary as well as respective Satellite and Accumulation Area checklists for compliance.

Minimum 2 years' experience in the field

Essential Duties
Follows product development process
Finalizes the initial concept to an Alpha Prototype design using all the same resources
Aids in refinement process of the initial prototype, incorporation into production, and customer acceptance
Manages Beta process for ground up designs or Preproduction process
Conducts all final testing with thorough documentation in drawings, manuals, and kit instructions
Manages full project documentation (Schedule/Logs/Test Data/Requirements/Statement of Work/Project Approval SS/ ETC) for each project
Designs CAD equipment based on project pillar requirements supplied by management and PDC for cfm required - (recovery), water pressure (psi) water volume (gpm)
Assists in final production implementation
Responds to Vendor and Customer interactions, as needed
Creates Engineering Change Orders.
Provides Testing / Data Acquisition
Completes Proto Fabrication and Design.
Assembles prototypes and test samples

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or design required
Must have proficiency computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, D365 (or equivalent MRP)
Must have proficiency in SolidWorks

The Production Supervisor assists the Director of Operations and the Manager of Manufacturing in the day-to-day operations of the Manufacturing Department.

Ensures time and attendance of employees is accurate and employees are held accountable to the attendance policy.
Approve timecards daily.
Ensures Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions are followed and updated as necessary.
Ensures all workers complete the required paperwork, expectations are communicated, and deviations to standards are analyzed and reported with corrective actions set to improve performance.
Updates Daily Management Boards, communicating plant performance to employees and key departments.
Utilizes resources in the most efficient manner, planning daily work assigned based on priorities.
Escalate issues/concerns needing support.
Develops, trains, educates, and coaches employees.
Creates, updates, and maintains new-hire on-boarding.
Completes 30, 60, 90 reviews for all new hires, as well as 6 months and annual review with all employees.

Participates and has an active role in Continuous Improvement Initiatives, such as an understanding of OEE and how to drive improvements to increase efficiencies.
Minimum Requirements
HS diploma required.
3-5 years' direct experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
Batch processing experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Previous experience with ERP systems; preferably BAAN LN.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts and apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and to solve practical problems.
Preferred Requirements
BS Degree in a Technical field.
Experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

Euclid Chemical is currently seeking a Batch Maker to join our team in Odessa, FL.
As a Batch Maker, you will be expected to set up, operate, or tend machines to mix or blend materials/chemicals - liquids, powders and/or color pigments.
This individual also fills materials, such as chemicals, liquids, powders, and color pigments into containers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review daily batch tickets
Make sure raw materials are available for daily activities
Run batches through PLC / Whirl Air system
Start machines to mix or blend ingredients; then allow them to mix for specified times
Weigh or measure materials, ingredients, and products to ensure conformance to requirements.
Start and maintain status of equipment for daily activities
Operate or tend machines to mix or blend chemicals, powders, and color pigments.
Dump or pour specified amounts of materials into machinery and equipment.
Add or mix chemicals, powders, and ingredients for processing, using hand tools or other devices.
Observe production and monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Stop mixing or blending machines when specified product qualities are obtained, and open valves and start pumps to transfer mixtures
Collect samples of materials or products for laboratory testing.
Examine materials, ingredients, or products visually or with hands, in order to ensure conformance to established standards
Fill appropriate containers with product.
Weigh and measure finished product.
Seal lids onto containers
Clean and maintain machinery, equipment, and work areas to ensure proper functioning and safe working conditions
Keep an open line of communication with Supervisors and Maintenance
Follow safety guidelines using appropriate PPE
Work powder line or assist in other departments when workload does not dictate two individuals on PLC batch making
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

The Production Supervisor assists the Director of Operations and the Manager of Manufacturing in the day-to-day operations of the Manufacturing Department.
They provide leadership and direction to direct labor employees, including "Hand's-On" support when required.
The Supervisor has a strong commitment to product quality and the safety of all employees and ensures that crews operate following all EHS policies.
This is a 2nd Shift position: Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm.
Essential Functions
Enforces safety regulations and policies, investigates all incidents, and champions Safety 1st engagement.
Actively participates in Safety Committees and Safety Training.
Maintains facilities in a neat, clean, and orderly manner, ensuring Daily Housekeeping Checklists are completed and verified every shift, identifies and corrects issues immediately.
Maintains uniform and consistent expectations in accordance with all manufacturing and company standards and policies.
Ensures time and attendance of employees is accurate and employees are held accountable to the attendance policy.
Approve timecards daily.
Ensures Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions are followed and updated as necessary.
Ensures all workers complete the required paperwork, expectations are communicated, and deviations to standards are analyzed and reported with corrective actions set to improve performance.
Updates Daily Management Boards, communicating plant performance to employees and key departments.
Utilizes resources in the most efficient manner, planning daily work assigned based on priorities.
Escalate issues/concerns needing support.
Develops, trains, educates, and coaches employees.
Creates, updates, and maintains new-hire on-boarding.
Completes 30, 60, 90 reviews for all new hires, as well as 6 months and annual review with all employees.
Ensures all employees are current on RPM and Stonhard training, and documents employee training records.
Participates and has an active role in Continuous Improvement Initiatives, such as an understanding of OEE and how to drive improvements to increase efficiencies.
Minimum Requirements
HS diploma required.
3-5 years' direct experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
Batch processing experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Previous experience with ERP systems; preferably BAAN LN.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts and apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and to solve practical problems.
Preferred Requirements
BS Degree in a Technical field.
Experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms.

The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc.).
