JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Utility Technician Position Summary: Responsible for production and compliance assigned duties.
This includes but is not limited to batch and process manufacturing, compliance responsibilities, inventory control, bulk material handling, and packaging. Specific Requirements: 1.
Works with Production Supervisors, Process Technicians, other Utility, and the Corporate Compliance Manager in the safe handling of the equipment and chemical intermediates in both storage and use in production. 2.
Understand and demonstrate compliance with HMIS, SDS's, HAZCOM, General Safety, HAZWASTE, LO/TO, PSM, PPE protocol, and proper housekeeping. 3.
Management of Waste Water including: monitor and reporting of tank volumes, compliant and effective loading of the outbound water trailers, sampling tanks and trailers, neutralization when necessary, and weight tickets for outbound trailers. 4.
Management of Storm Water including: Monitor and reporting of storm water in containment areas and reporting to Corporate Compliance Manager, Sampling Storm Water and logging samples into laboratory, compliant and effective discharge of the Storm Water, and completing the cycle of required documentation including the Storm Water checklist back to Corporate Compliance Manager. 5.
Housekeeping Specific assigned areas and duties. 6.
Maintain hazardous waste satellite and accumulations areas such that they are compliant with all regulations, including monitoring containment pallets and emptying via proper disposal when necessary as well as respective Satellite and Accumulation Area checklists for compliance. JOB PURPOSE:
The Director Product Management is responsible for the platform strategy and end-to-end profitability and has P&L ownership of the platform(e.g., Small Project Paints, Primers, Automotive, etc.).
This position identifies profitable growth opportunities, complexity and cost reduction levers and sets the platform's long-term strategy and roadmap to create sustainable competitive advantage and profitable growth at 10%+ CAGR or 3X market growth (whichever is greater).
In order to do this, this individual will work cross functionally across multiple organizations such as Sales, Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing & Supply Chain in order to gain a deep understanding of user & market insights, STEEP factors, operational capability, innovation & technology pipelines, channel dynamics, and competitive dynamics. The Director of Product Management is supported by a team of Product Managers dedicated to the platform as well as by a team of Strategic Project Managers and Product Operations Managers that are dedicated or shared across platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Platform P&L ownership P&L ownership of the platform, balancing cost and growth opportunities to achieve profitability and growth targets Identification of profitable growth opportunities, complexity and cost reduction levers from an end-to-end perspective involving all relevant functions across the company to drive impact and success for the platform (incl.

An Assistant Superintendent with Stonhard is responsible for site supervision and installation of Stonhard products on projects within an assigned territory. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Someone who is detailed, a hands-on project leader and a problem solver. BS Construction Management or BS Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Civil) and 1-2 years related experience in industrial or commercial construction/project management. Experience working with General Contractors preferred.
An Assistant Superintendent with Stonhard is responsible for site supervision and installation of Stonhard products on projects within an assigned territory. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Someone who is detailed, a hands-on project leader and a problem solver. BS Construction Management or BS Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Civil) and 1-2 years related experience in industrial or commercial construction/project management. Must be willing to travel and have reliable transportation.

Some weekends required. Strong communication and organizational skills and have a thorough understanding of construction safety regulations.
