Perform all material handling functions related to shipping and warehousing, including truck loading, material receiving, storage and supply of filling lines with packaging components Ensure secure shipment of finished goods by stretch wrapping of palletized products using stretch wrapping equipment and blocking and bracing loads Receive and store raw materials in their proper place.
Enter the received raw material in SAP in accordance with set procedure and practice. Enter the shipments of material in SAP as assigned, according to procedure. Housekeeping - Maintain clean and debris free Shipping & Receiving Areas, Warehouses and Docks.

Ensure work area is safe, clean and free of recognizable hazards; communicate all spills or other hazards to the shift supervisor or other member of the plant management staff. Safely use material handling equipment, including sit-down and standup forklifts, pallet jacks, etc. Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories as necessary. May assist in other departments as needed.
Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent. Ability to read and understand instructions, bills of lading and other shipping documents. Ability to do basic math. Accurately enter and retrieve computer data. Ability to operate a forklift. Ability to solve problems in a team environment. Active participation in team building activities. Ability to consistently lift 55 pounds. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Achieve Green Program Manager will be responsible for the support and growth of the clean energy/climate/green jobs "Achieve Green (AG)" workforce development program.
This includes oversight of the day-to-day program operation and management as well as strategy and program expansion.
The role requires an individual to support candidates from acceptance to final job placement within existing pathways and to assist in the design, execution and launch of an additional program pathway build outs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop relationships with Rising Stars cohorts and identify Achieve Green candidates. Maintain relationships with AG stakeholders (Schools, Unions, Contractors, program subcontractors). Facilitate appropriate participant check ins during trainings.
Maintain grant milestone reporting for MASSCEC records. Pursue alternate and additional funding opportunities for the program's longevity and expansion.
Manage and run program with autonomy while implementing program vision with adherence to string reporting requirements.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Production Planner is responsible for efficiently scheduling daily, weekly, and monthly production requirements for the plant.
They also plan, coordinate, and purchase all raw materials and supplies to support the schedule.
The Production Planner reviews production and associated work schedules and forecasts while conferring with department supervisors or leaders to determine progress of work and completion dates.
Additionally, they compile reports on progress of work, inventory levels, and production problems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning, organizing, and controlling activities related to the procurement and inventory control functions.
Using SAP and forecasts to develop a master schedule and prepare short-range plans for plant production activities.
Following the progress of production, anticipating or investigating major causes of delays, and ensuring that corrective action is taken.
Revising production schedules when required due to labor or material shortages, backlogs, forecast inaccuracies, or other interruptions, collaborating with management, marketing, sales, production, or engineering.
Monitoring work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to schedule.
Conferring with department supervisors or other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes.
Analyzing and adjusting slow-moving inventory plans with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) on a monthly basis.
Setting priorities for production schedules based on forecast needs, production introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
Purchasing sufficient parts and supplies and maintaining safety stock levels to meet all schedule needs.
Maintaining data integrity in SAP of Bill of Materials (BOMs) and Material Masters.
Performing all tasks of production scheduling and purchasing as needed to support plant functions in their absence.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

May be asked to transfer safe amounts of material from location to location (such as raw materials for concrete testing, admixture, fiber, etc.). Required to order equipment and install that equipment at the designated customer location and maintain that equipment after installation. Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment when needed. Assist in state inspections where necessary. Respond to customer issues with those dispensers when needed. Assure that their truck is properly equipped with the necessary parts to fix or repair the equipment.

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) oversees and performs the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business.
Safety is our primary priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting, and project.
As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the Foreman is focused on safety, crew management, and efficient execution of all WTI projects assigned within their respective region.
It is the Foreman's responsibility to deliver timely service to all WTI customers and manage exposure to risks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable.
The foreman also ensures that all technicians complete the Daily Hazard Analysis. Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) daily and before starting new projects (ensure any/all communication with the Sales Reps is also shared with the Supervisor.
Sales Rep weekly and/or as needed and before new projects.
WTI crew members to discuss the scope of work, daily tasks, and the overall schedule. Customer/Client (as needed or required by the Sales Rep) daily and/or weekly.
Efficient management of projects will include managing the crew's start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently.
Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor.
Using a designated company-mandated reporting tool, the Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items before leaving the job site.
These items will include updates on work performed, materials consumed (T&M projects), and supplies purchased.
Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
Responsible for ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensuring quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500.
Submit all proposals over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before submitting them to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to the Sales Rep.
Monitor and manage the Field Reps.
Consult with the Supervisor to take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee work-related issues and necessary documentation.
Work with the Supervisor to elevate the issues to HR as required.
Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules.
Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.
Attending all appropriate calls, meetings, and training.
Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the Supervisor or Regional Business Manager.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry.
Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as metal and other steep-sloop roofing systems, and how to repair them properly.
30-hour OSHA certification Registered Roof Observer (RRO) is preferred but not required. Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to work weekends and/or holidays when needed. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
As the Warehouse Forklift Operator you will be expected to Receive, store, and distribute material, equipment, and products within the establishment by performing the following on a daily basis: Read orders to determine what products are to be pulled and put on pallets. Receive incoming materials, verifying amount received against packing slip, manifests, invoices or orders and noting any shortages. Prepare product/materials for shipment- supporting the continuous retrieving of material and staging at designated locations along the production line.
