What will you do?
A penchant for business development, working out of your own office, you'll meet & engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assessing their needs, you will provide a truly consultative Stonhard solution. Customer sales calls include a mix of existing/repeat business along with prospecting for new customers and projects. Closely work with your manager to meet & exceed sales goals. Participate in overseeing the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.
Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues that may come up. Full turn-key operation ensures a smooth install and helps secure next project in another area or building. Will participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to our headquarters for pre-planned, scheduled training(s).
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years): approx.
$15,000 - $50,000
Supplemental Pay Types:Commission Pay, Bonus Pay

Work with Director of Marketing to support Stonhard and its brand and visually tell our story. Responsible for design and production, from concept to completion (with team collaboration) for brochures, sales literature, product data sheets, business cards, website graphics, signs, posters, packaging, sample tools, tradeshow banners, presentations, meeting collateral, internal mailings and product launches. Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of overall graphic design work experience or 10+ years of equivalent experience in a lead graphic design professional role. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva.
Must have experience in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign.
Photoshop and Illustrator. Strong understanding of typography, color theory and layout design. Support content team with design projects for website and social media. Must be creative, resourceful and collaborative. Detail-oriented and effective organizational and project management skills.
Must have ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Creative, team-oriented, work with Marketing team members and other departments on event ideas and execution.
Preferred Requirements:
BS, BA, or FA in Graphic Design, Communications Design, or closely related field, preferred.

Essential Functions:
Remove and properly dispose of liquid and solid material and material build-up from portable industrial containers.
Perform cleaning of portable containers which includes cleaning of the interiors of containers with chemical cleaning agents to remove products using shovels, squeegees, scrapers, or other means as required to prepare the container for future production operations.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to provide progress updates and address any issues or concerns that arise during the cleaning process. Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure the proper containment and disposal of non-hazardous waste. Perform housekeeping and safety related tasks (i.e., work area cleanup). Minimum Requirements:

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing & growing strategic accounts within the Industrial, Pro, & Plumbing/HVAC channels.
The product mix will vary between different accounts, but will be focused on DAP caulks/sealants, one component & two component polyurethane spray foam, adhesives, & patch/repair products.
Responsibilities:

The WTI Field Resources Supervisor is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within the region.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core Knowledge:

The Supervisor will also be the main contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a WTI Field Rep. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer. Conduct training (both hands-on field training and classroom style) for Field Reps, according to WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval/certification of each Field Rep including: OSHA Hazard Awareness, ToolBox Talks, etc. Provide training of new contractors on the proper application of Tremco Rood Systems. Demonstrate working knowledge of all services provided. Manage, monitor and document performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work related issues.
Consult with Human Resources as needed. Work in conjunction with the Recruiting Department for hiring of all new personnel.

Here is what to expect: Picking, packing, and processing orders accurately. Processing normal, discrete, ASN, UPS, export, and other special requirement orders. Operating forklifts, Raymond trucks, and comparable equipment. Determine shipping method for materials, using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates. Confer and correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, and nonconformance to specifications. Operating departmental computers within an order-processing function. Actively participating in Quality Improvement Process.
