We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team.
The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.
$20-33/hour (not including prevailing wage)

Participate in the development of quality specifications for raw materials, finished products or substitute materials. Support ISO Quality systems by understanding quality expectations, work instructions, and completing proper quality documentation. Perform periodic quality audits of production processes and finished goods. Communicate with other departments about the status of quality material. Perform first piece inspections on finished products.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
EXPERIENCE:

Carboline is seeking an Environmental Health Safety Intern to work in Green Bay, WI location This intern will work alongside our EH&S Director, Plant Managers, and other safety personnel to help support EH&S needs.
Requirements:
This is a paid internship where we are seeking someone who can work 30 - 40 hours per week from May through August.
Essential Functions:
Conducting Safety Audits/Walkthroughs/Reviews. Preparing, Scheduling, and Conducting Safety Training Discussions with Team Leaders & Employees Regarding Various Safety/Health Matters Stocking and Cleaning PPE and First Aid Equipment. Tracking, Filing, and Maintaining Databases of Safety/Health Training Incident Investigations and Corrective Action Plans. Scheduling, Conducting, Participating, and/or Leading Employee Safety Advocates Developing, Maintaining, and Revising Safety and Health Operating Procedures and Lockout/Tagout Procedures.

Position Summary:
Carboline is looking for a Warehouse Associate to help out at our Warehouse Facility in Houston, TX.
You will assist with Shipping/Receiving of Finished Goods, Tinting of Base Product to Customer Required Color and assisting the Service Center Manager in accomplishing Service Center goals.
Essential Functions:
• Assist with freight loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving on appropriate trailers • Assist in warehouse inventory, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders, and distributing to sales associates for processing. • Read customer orders to determine what needs to be pulled, wrapped and placed in proper shipping lanes.
According to shipper delivery process. • Receive and stock materials or items according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code. • Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed via the appropriate computer program. • Perform additional duties as assigned • Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent • 1 year of Warehouse experience
Desired Qualification:
• Forklift certification is a plus
Physical Requirements:
The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Any function may be performed for up to four hours with no breaks.
Operate various warehouse equipment including a forklift, pallet jack, and stock picker

Main Responsibilities:
Execute 52 Weeks of Training Curriculum.
Program consists of 24 topics on which all chemical operators must receive training.
Each topic requires hands-on individual training and evaluation.
Operations, process, and safety topics are covered by this curriculum. Develop and conduct additional training programs in response to organizational needs Conduct ongoing evaluations to ensure effectiveness of programs and recommends modifications as necessary Provide training to Chemical plant personnel to ensure that all safety policies, operational procedures, and work practices are being followed. Assist in review, update, and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis's (JSAs) as needed Effectively communicate and verify understanding of training sessions Train operations personnel and document understanding of changes resulting from MOCs Maintain training records of all employees, updating procedures, and administering specialized EHS training as per plant requirements.
Participates in plant PHAs as required by EHS and Operations management Manage, plan, and schedule monthly new hire on-boarding employees the required safety training.
Basic Qualifications:
Associate Degree, Business or similar or equivalent experience Experience/Background in Health & Safety in a manufacturing facility 5+ years of related experience Robust understanding of all plant equipment and processes Excellent computer and software skills (Office, Excel, Word, and Power Point) Ability to interface and communicate across multiple departments Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to interpret and understand P&ID's Experience in a manufacturing facility.
Chemical manufacturing experience is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Participation and contribution in HAZOP's Strong organizational skills
Physical Demands:
This position requires a commitment greater than 75% of available time working in an outdoor environment on the grounds of the Corsicana, TX production facility.
