The Role of the Sales Engineer
This role as Sales Engineer will see you seeing Lighting into Retail, Commercial and Leisure sectors.
The lighting products you’ll be selling are: Spotlights, Linear, Track Systems, Project Downlights and Commercial Downlights.
As the Sales Engineer you’ll be selling lighting to End Users and Contractors to win key projects with renowned clients.
This area is performing well, with some key projects/clients.
Covering both the East and West Midlands.
The ideal candidate will live in Birmingham.

The Ideal Person for the Sales Engineer
You’ll have a track record of selling lighting and seeing the project through with contractors.
Will have a proven track record of winning new business and growing existing accounts.

The Role of the Design Engineer
As the Design Engineer you will be producing Temporary Works designs and drawings on a day-to-day basis
Produce one-off project work as directed by the Engineering Manager, Chief Engineer or Senior Engineers
Provide technical support to the sales team / customer (project related / non-project related)
Self-management of allocated workload to meet customer / business demand
Based in the company’s North West Office
The Ideal Person for the Design Engineer
Minimum 2:1 in Civil Engineering (BEng, BSc)
Ideally a graduate member of ICE or IStructE, but this is not essential.
Understanding/interest of temporary works, structural or geotechnical design
Technically competent and confident communicator
Organised, self-motivated, and a keen learner
Will be confident using AutoCAD.
Experience with Revit would be beneficial.
Training will be provided.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced design environment

Selling a range of Seating, Standing, Walking, Hygiene & Mobility Products that are used in Paediatric settings.

Position open due to additional headcount and split of territory so lots to go at.
60% NB + 40% Account Management.

2-3 Years mobility market experience an advantage especially in paediatric assistive devices.

BA/BSc level of education an advantage.
Strong business acumen.

The Role of the Territory Manager
Our client sells a range of advanced wound care dressings, absorbents, skin protectants, peak flow meters, gloves, & surgical tapes
70% of the business will be in the community + 30% in the NHS/Acute
To promote, sell and ensure proper distribution of products from the product portfolio in both the Acute and Community.
To reach sales targets for the Sales Territory using effective communication methods in a manner that ensures ethical commercial approach, as well as adherence to corporate vision and guidelines.
Customers will include TVNs, Procurement, Nursing Homes, Stoma Nurses, Incontinence Nurses, Practice Nurses, Pharmacists, District Nurses and a range of Key Opinion Leaders.
The Territory Manager is required to promote, sell, and ensure formulary compliance for products in the range in both the acute and community for the defined Sales Territory to ensure Sales targets are achieved.
It is important to work closely with the Clinical Nurse Advisors and Business Development Managers within the team to enhance your sales success
Participation with the Regional Business Manager, Clinical Nurse Advisor and Business Development Manager in the development and implementation of local business plans with the aim of achieving high compliance with new Formulary Awards and driving market share growth to achieve sales targets.
Close working with the Business Development Manager & Clinical Nurse Advisor within the Region to ensure all hospital and community Formularies are secured and fully compliant.

The Ideal Person for the Territory Manager
Wound care experience both acute and community
