Essential Functions:
Design maintenance procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing a proactive maintenance strategy. Maintains Maintenance Department order, discipline, and effectiveness in a uniform and consistent fashion in accordance with manufacturing and company policies. Manages CMMS to ensure the database is current and accurate. Develops, procures, and maintains spare parts inventory. Leads maintenance related continuous improvement initiatives. Position requires hands-on electrical and mechanical work during projects and while assisting during maintenance emergencies. Ensures all installations, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of all types of electrical, HVAC and production equipment are performed in accordance with company policies. Prepares maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and equipment events. Maintains Lock Out / Tag Out program and conducts general safety inspections of operating equipment and corrects any unsafe conditions. Assists with the generation, planning, cost analysis and implementation of assigned capital projects as directed by supervisor.
Minimum Requirements:
BS in Engineering or related field.
5-7 years of Industrial maintenance and Environmental health/safety experience.
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Preferred Requirements:
BS in Engineering or related field. CRMP Certification\ Proficiency in Windows, CAD and Allen Bradley PLC's preferred. Prior management experience is preferred.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
WTI Foreman is responsible for the oversite and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business.

As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the WTI Foreman is focused on safety, crew management, and efficient execution of all WTI Projects assigned within their respective region.
It is the responsibility of the WTI Foreman Technician to deliver timely service to all our WTI customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI Crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss the scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrives, upon arrival, and after the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project and crew updates, etc Efficient project management will include managing team start and end times and production rates and ensuring tools and materials are available to safely and efficiently complete the assigned project.
Complete the project per the scope of work or specification.
The WTI Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep, and information will be sent daily on the project status.
These items will include detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recorded daily.
Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensuring Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
Per pricing procedures, review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy.
Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document the performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with the WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed.
Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Is responsible for managing all Self-Perform Projects and the associated customers (Including GC and large-scale P&R, TremCare, etc).

Ensure the region's profitability by effectively managing the team and processes using the available tools, including collaboration with the RBM. Generate reports on project status and ensure owner satisfaction. Aid in takeoff of opportunities and creation of scope and quantity specifics for project opportunities, as needed. Provide QA and QC inspections and training at all levels of work to achieve the highest standards of Tremco/WTI roofing practices so that the Tremco Sales team will increase their market share of performed work to WTI.

Position Summary:
This position will be on 2nd shift (10:30am-7:00pm CST) and will primarily responsible for administering and coordinating all daily service center activities.
Essential Functions:
• Handle all incoming calls including customers, providing directions to the Service Center, providing information regarding orders, routing calls to appropriate individuals to assure accurate information is provided. • Assist with will-call customers. • Print various documentation such as: Bill of Ladings, Packing Slips, and PIC lists. • Prepare all shipping paperwork. • Contacts freight lines to arrange order pickups. • Complete miscellaneous filing, typing, copying and other projects that are necessary to keep the day-to-day workflow of the service center organized. • Data entry in computer on all shipments leaving the facility such as pro #'s from truck lines, freight charges. • Provide customer service assistance to all Customer Service Representatives to assist them in obtaining the necessary information they need to get their shipments out. • Run various reports as requested. • Back up warehouse functions of cycle count during annual inventory. • Communicates with the manufacturing plant, scheduling, shipment, and delivery of product.
May involve prioritizing and negotiating product availability, partial shipments, or splitting shipments. • Follows up daily on order status and notifies CSRs or sales rep of any changes. • Operates the LN computer system for Sales and Replenishment order shipments. • Review orders for special requirements of customers and ensure that the information is conveyed to the appropriate warehousemen. • Works with Corporate Traffic Department to make cost efficient shipments. • Perform additional duties as assigned • Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma, • Proficient in Microsoft Office • 1-year prior office related work experience • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, along with an ability to work well with others and analyze data recognizing trends and taking action to improve. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, operating and maintenance manuals and safety rules.

Construction Management - Manage contractors, technicians, skilled trades, and internal resources to safely install and startup manufacturing systems.
This includes working with the plant operational teams on training, standard operating procedures, and identification of spare parts.
