As a Personal Injury Solicitor, you will:
Manage a caseload of fast-track, intermediate, and multi-track personal injury claims.
Focus primarily on EL/PL claims.
Have the option to handle medical negligence or professional negligence cases depending on experience.
Opportunity to supervise paralegal staff working on fast-track and pre-action matters.
Work with high-quality, self-generated leads, meaning no low-value RTA claims.
Use advanced legal tech, including AI-supported case management systems.
Have significant autonomy and flexibility to shape the role around your strengths,
Support the firm's growth by freeing up the lead solicitor to focus on business development.
Clear path to senior leadership, with future opportunity for partnership or ownership.
