We are recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of high-end residential refurbishment and fit-out projects across prime London postcodes.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist contractor delivering bespoke, detail-driven schemes for private clients and developers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead multiple projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring programme, quality, and cost targets are met
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and in-house teams to drive performance
Manage project teams including site managers, design coordinators, and commercial staff
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance
Resolve site-level issues and ensure alignment with client expectations
Maintain health & safety compliance across all sites
Requirements:
5+ years' experience managing high-end residential construction projects
Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, and contract administration
Confident client liaison and stakeholder management abilities
Proven leadership and team management skills
Experience working in central London and on logistically complex sites

I am currently seeking a Site Manager for a groundworks project in Essex and Kent with a UK Contractor.
This role would include but not be limited to the following
Leading by example, encouraging the team to take responsibility for the safety of colleagues, themselves, and clients.
Oversee the site programme, this would include monitoring and ensuring labour, plant and materials requirements are sufficiently met and take accountability for delivery.
Ensure work is running to program, driving site delivery
Manage the quality of the work
Ensure all operational records are up to date and in place
Stakeholder engagement
The Ideal Candidate will have
Previous experience as Works Manager, Site Manager, General Foreman, Foreperson, Supervisor, or similar

I am currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor for work with a UK Contractor based in Kent.
This role is open to a contract or a permanent position for the right candidate.
This role would include but not be limited to the below
Prepare monthly financial reports for individual projects, current and predicted, cost, value and margin for internal reporting.
Prepare cost forecasts for labour, plant and materials on a regular basis to ensure margins are being maintained throughout the project.
Placement of material and subcontract orders.
Reviewing subcontract valuations and variations to ensure best value
Be involved in estimating duties where necessary to support the Commercial team.
Prepare monthly valuations for individual projects.
Review contract documents.
The Ideal Candidate would include the following
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Junior Surveyor or similar
Experienced in JCT / NEC form of contract
Previous experience working within Construction or similar.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
