Tremco is currently looking for a Maintenance position for our Republic Facility in Medina, OH.
The Maintenance Technician will perform preventive maintenance and repair on plant manufacturing and facilities equipment.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Preheats production equipment for daily startup. Performs daily conditions checks on all operating equipment. Lubricates assigned equipment according to lubrication schedule. Maintains lubricant levels for mixer seal system and strainer ram lubrication system, check pumps % daily maintain grease levels, check pumps % daily. Checks all equipment air filters on a daily basis and replaces as necessary. Checks operation of air compressor and cooling tower daily, notes problems and makes corrections as required. Check monthly with Cooling Water Treatment Technician. Checks operation of algicide feeding system daily and refills as needed. Makes repairs to facilities as needed to include plumbing, heating, and A/C. Performs minor electrical maintenance. Operates maintenance machine tools, performs welding as needed, cutting torch and brazing. Responsible for maintenance shop housekeeping. Follows safe practices in the performance of all duties. Delivers and picks up items used for maintenance needs. Maintain air in line oiler throughout plant when needed lubricates. Performs other miscellaneous maintenance duties as assigned by supervisor. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up and maintain all project documents.
Receive and validate SAP Sales Order information entered by the Customer Service Rep to ensure all information is complete and accurate.
Ensure the timely dispatch of service orders to WTI Technicians as applicable for the project type.
Issue Master Contractor or Subcontractor agreements for large contracts and POs for smaller projects. Coordinate work with key project resources, including Construction Managers, customers, and management.
Project management will consist of managing time and expenses as incurred on projects, monitoring payables beyond 30 days, tracking plan and actual costs, confirming that all project documents have been collected (bonds, insurance, submittals, etc.), and ensuring expected costs are received and processed before job closeout, and prepare accurate and timely invoices to customers based on pricing, and billing procedures, within established metrics and contract terms.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one- or two-year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE
3+ years successful outside sales experience, preferably industrial sales.
5+ years experience in field sales management.
Ability to lead, manage and develop local field sales representatives through coaching and mentoring.
Management experience should include recruiting, interviewing, training and developing a productive sales team.
Financial management (to include analyzing market data and developing sales plans), and organizational skills required.
Thorough understanding and experience building long-term customer relationships, prospecting, account development, problem solving and ability to deliver service, solutions, and project a can-do attitude.
Knowledge of construction, building and facility maintenance a plus.
Should have experience with word processing or spreadsheet software, Internet software, and contact management systems.
