Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging new customer prospects, including contractors, design professionals, business owners, and distributors.
Success in this role requires technical expertise and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote, present, and sell products and services to both existing and potential clients. Conduct detailed cost-benefit analyses to align product offerings with customer needs. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to drive long-term business. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and lead generation. There are three Machine Operator levels (I, II, & III).

Responsible for providing heavy duty cleaning services within the manufacturing plant and warehouse.
Essential Functions:
Run floor scrubber and floor buffer as needed.
Empty plant floor trash containers and advise maintenance manager when the trash dumpster is full. Empty all cardboard containers on the plant floor and take cardboard to the recycling dumpster outside the facility. Sweep the plant floor daily removing dust from the plant floor. Assists in cleaning up chemical spills as required.
Follows safety guidelines in doing this task. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Machine Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Machine Operator levels (I, II, & III).
