GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Human Resources (HR) Business Partner reports to the Director, Human Resources and supports a talent driven culture through collaboration, coaching and advising, developing talent, building competencies, scheduling and delivering performance management programs and philosophies, benchmarking compensation, developing job descriptions, conducting investigations, addressing employee relations concerns, assisting with organization design/structure, coordinating HR processes, ensuring employment law compliance and maintaining accurate HRIS metrics and analytics.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborates with key internal and external partners to deliver high-quality, leading HR practices in support of developing and maintaining a high-performance culture.
Partners with leaders and managers on human capital management strategies to develop, engage, motivate and retain team members.
Addresses and resolves employee issues and/or concerns across all levels.
Provides guidance on coaching and employee counseling.
Develops, analyzes and maintains accurate job descriptions, job analysis questionnaires, salary grades and bonus eligibility for all positions.
Ensures consistency across North America.
Partners with assigned leaders on the talent review and career development process and provides support and guidance on succession planning initiatives.
Assists managers with creating career paths, ladders, or hierarchies for their departments.
Develops and delivers management and/or employee training to support organizational effectiveness and self-service initiatives.
Collaborates with managers on organizational design and structural changes.
Provides compensation benchmarking and analysis and assigns salary grades for new or changing positions.
Supports recruitment efforts and partners with talent acquisition staff to ensure a smooth talent acquisition process.
Guides managers through on-boarding process and requirements for all new hires.
Conducts exit interviews, tracks feedback, and recommends potential improvements.
Organizes and tracks performance management, merit increase and annual bonus process.
Ensures compliance with Federal, State and Local employment laws.
Implements system changes in HRIS systems to leverage technology to support human capital strategies and ensure continuity with company and corporate set-up.
Utilizes available technology systems to create, develop and run reports in accordance with established schedules and upon request.
Provides general human resources assistance or support on company acquisition and integration initiatives, corporate priorities, and continuous improvement projects.
Maintains company and departmental processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Management or related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a professional human resources capacity (i.e.
HR Generalist or Business Partner); experience in a manufacturing environment a plus. Understanding, interpretation and application of policies and procedures Supports employee relations discussions with managers and staff; may deliver difficult decisions and participates in objective investigations; effective documentation of relevant interactions and discussions Develops and delivers online and in-person presentations to employees and managers for informational and educational purposes Proven experience providing high-quality, proactive, HR support in a fast-paced, ever-changing, remote environment. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
SHRM-CP or PHR a plus

The Filler/Packager is responsible to fill product using at least one of the different types of packaging machines.
The operator will organize the area, collect materials such as pails, cans, cartridges or films, and set up the filling and packaging equipment.
Responsibilities include gathering required labels and casing materials.
Production Order card must be read and followed exactly as to correct packaging including labeling of cans and cases, etc.
Operator is responsible to report correct counts of production for the shift and report downtime information.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Neatly assemble and place all required materials from the fill card to be used in their appropriate location throughout the shift. Read and follow filling procedures to package material into cartridges, chubs, or one, two and five-gallon units. Follow and meet the established production schedules. Properly use the filling equipment and maintain cleanliness of the work area following written standard operating procedures. Assist in the waste segregation and recycling program. Communicate written and verbal information between the Foreman and Production Manager. Use appropriate safety equipment and follow established safety regulations. Track progress throughout assigned shift by completing overall equipment effectiveness documents.
EDUCATION:
No high school diploma required.
EXPERIENCE:
No prior experience or training.

Forklift certification preferred, or willing to obtain.

Adhere to all company quality, safety, security, health and environmental requirements and policies.
Work with and/or supervise projects using an outside contractor.
Perform all work according to Tremco quality and safety procedures.

Be accessible and provide leadership and guidance to sales representatives in the development/growth of their business.
Conduct one-on-one reviews with sales representatives to gain an understanding of what training and development needs may exist and to provide feedback and coaching to each individual as to how to improve their sales activity and performance. Continually focus on ways to support sales reps with meeting their Compensation objectives (Comp 2.0, 3.0, etc.) throughout the region and ensure reps are utilizing Smart Sheet to track their activities, proposals, etc.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one- or two-year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE
3+ years successful outside sales experience, preferably industrial sales.
5+ years experience in field sales management.
Ability to lead, manage and develop local field sales representatives through coaching and mentoring.
Management experience should include recruiting, interviewing, training and developing a productive sales team.
Financial management (to include analyzing market data and developing sales plans), and organizational skills required.
Thorough understanding and experience building long-term customer relationships, prospecting, account development, problem solving and ability to deliver service, solutions, and project a can-do attitude.
Knowledge of construction, building and facility maintenance a plus.
Should have experience with word processing or spreadsheet software, Internet software, and contact management systems.

The Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the payroll and benefits function for the US businesses of Tremco CPG Inc.

Requirements:
