Role Overview - Within the dynamic Customer Services environment you will become a member of a team of System Technical Data Engineers (Technical Authors) who support our customers with their daily aircraft operations and have a direct impact on our customer satisfaction.The Technical Data domain is in charge of developing and delivering mature aircraft maintenance and material documentation at EIS and responsible to maintain it throughout the aircraft life to enable the safety and efficiency of maintenance operations by our customers.Within the scope of this role, you will be responsible for the AMM & TSM (Aircraft Maintenance and Troubleshooting Manuals ) systems covering all commercial aircraft programs (except A300/A310).
You will be in charge of assessing and managing any technical change to these systems (FUEL) within the applicable technical data documentation to ensure the correct and safe maintenance of the related aircraft.

Responsibilities
Management and coordination of Technical Data authoring activities, including the verification and validation of the manual content ensuring compliance with EASA/FAA regulations (ICA Process)
Ensuring the delivery of manual content in accordance with specifications, contractual commitments, configuration management rules, approved schedules, quality standards and within budget objectives
Management and answering customer queries providing prompt and efficient support to the customer, combining technical requirements with the push to improve customer satisfaction and detecting any potential safety impact
Assessment of aircraft design inputs (e.g.
Modifications, Service Bulletin) in order to detect design changes that drive evolution of aircraft technical maintenance data in Company Manuals
Management and monitoring of the subcontractors supporting the authoring activities
Proactive identification of blocking points which could risk the timely update of manuals within your responsibility and defining mitigation action plus execution and follow up
Proactive assessment of your manual content in terms of quality assurance to identify any potential impact to our customers
Act as an interface between Technical Data, our customers and all the other stakeholders (Engineering, Customer Services Engineering, Programme, Subcontractors and other Technical Data teams)
Drive the innovation of the Technical Data documentation

Remove coolant and clean out machine sumps and wet vacuum hoovers to be cleaned out in line with TPM frequency requirements. Notify supervision when the main skips are nearing full capacity for replacements to be delivered.Maintain a clean and tidy back yard area at all times. Undertake any other duties as required together with general housekeeping and cleaning duties in order to provide a safe and efficient working environment.
