Duties of the invoice administrator role:

Main areas of responsibility:

We have a great opportunity for a Parts Co-ordinator at a reputable Accident Repair Group based in their Northwich site.
Parts Co-ordinator roles and responsibilities:
- Dealing with the Parts ordering for the group.
- Responsible for allocating parts into stock, booking parts onto the system and chasing parts orders
- You will also liaise with suppliers to request delivery dates, arrange returns for credit, and contribute to managing the supplier relationship.
Skills and experience required as a Parts Advisor:
- Can demonstrate experience in a parts department
- A good technical understanding of how motor vehicles work and a willingness to keep technical knowledge updated in order to provide the most efficient service possible
