Duties for the successful Spare Parts Administrator:
- Process spare parts orders from customers and internal teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Work alongside service teams, ensuring parts are supplied efficiently and ahead of scheduled services
- Provide customers with pricing, availability, lead time & tracking information.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels.
- Generate reports on spare parts usage and trends.
Skills required for this Spare Parts Administrator:
- Previous experience within a similar role is advantageous
- Familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems ideal but not essential.

Leeds, Dewsbury and Batley.Key Responsibilities of the Electrical Engineer:
Carry out electrical and mechanical fit-out processes.
Pre-delivery inspection, factory acceptance testing.
Take ownership of pre-delivery documentation.
Carry out site installation work as and when required.
I would be keen to speak to candidates with the following:
City and Guilds qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Installation.
Previous experience in similar roles such as Mechanical Fitter, Electrical fitter and Multi-Skilled Engineers.
Previous experience working with HVAC systems.
Working hours of the Electrical Engineer:
Monday to Thursday: 07:00-16:00
Friday: 07:00-11:45
In Return, the Electrical Engineer Will Receive:
Basic Salary: £40,000 (Dependant on Experience)
Early finish on a Friday
Regular overtime paid at premium (time and a half)
24 days holiday per annum (increasing with length of service)
Company pension scheme.
