Present first-off parts to the Quality Department and ensure compliance with Quality and Standard Operating Procedures.
Set up robot heads and load programmes efficiently.
Report faults to the tool-room or maintenance teams as per company protocols.
Complete job packs accurately before and during tool changes, recording deviations and troubleshooting issues proactively.
Assist in process improvements under the guidance of the Process Engineer or Lead Setter.
Conduct safety checks, maintain housekeeping around machine areas, and carry out routine maintenance checks.
Participate in SMED activities, work towards KPI targets related to tool change times and OEE data.
Perform colour changes and undertake additional projects as required by management.

Proven experience in a similar role within injection moulding.
