Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Senior Endoscopy Nurses or ODP’s to join the team as Endoscopy Lead at our client's Acute Hospital site based in beautiful Bath, Somerset.The Unit operates from 08.00 - 18.00, Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays.As the successful applicant, you will;- be responsible and accountable for the daily management of the endo and decontamination suite, managing a wide range of priorities, including staff management. - ensure the JAG accreditation standards are met, British Society of Gastroenterology (BSG) guidance, and the National and Local decontamination guidance is followed.- perform the tasks of preassessment and endoscopy assistant during procedures (sedation and GA), when required, in collaboration with other members of the MDT.
