Company Van | Full Training Provided | Permanent Position Are you a hands-on individual with a mechanical or technical background looking for a rewarding field-based role? We are recruiting for a Field Service Technician to join a growing engineering team covering London and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business that offers comprehensive training, career progression and the chance to work autonomously across a varied customer base.
Whether you have experience in engineering, maintenance, manufacturing, automotive, plant, utilities, military or another technical environment, full product and technical training will be provided.
The Role
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of dispense and cooling equipment at customer sites throughout London.
You'll ensure equipment operates efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Install, service and maintain dispense and cooling equipment.
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits.
Respond to breakdowns and minimise customer downtime.
Advise customers on equipment operation and best practice.
Complete service reports and associated documentation.
Manage van stock, tools and spare parts.
Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures.

Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
Professional and reliable approach to work.
Full UK Driving Licence.

We are looking for Retail stock counters to add to our already successful team.
Employment will be carried out on different retail customer sites and stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis.
Certain locations will have minibus transport provided free of charge.
You will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.
Being able to stand for prolonged periods of time is needed for the role and access equipment may have to be used on occasion to reach high stock
Key Skills/ Experience Required
Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to work unsociable hours including early mornings and during the night when required.
As a result, we can only accept applicants 18 years and over
You must have a ‘can do' attitude and be able to work long shifts where required on large counts.
With our innovative business, the technology changes and therefore being a quick learner is a key skill required.
Any experience of handling stock is an advantage but not a necessity.
