Tremco is looking for a Contractor Support Specialist to cover Pennsylvania.
The Contractor Support Specialist is a sales and support role, designed to generate contractor discretionary business in a specific area while providing localized technical support.
The CSS personnel will work directly alongside the contractors, focused on the restoration coatings line, to ensure that Tremco and the contractor are providing the best solutions, the best products and the best installations to our customers.
Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
* Ensure safe execution and delivery of all roofing services and operations.
* Provide a variety of technical training sessions in the contractor's office and field applications.
* Provide hands on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation.
* Perform roof inspections reports with written reports on condition analysis, photo documentation, recommendation and material budget estimates.
* Communicate professionally with our customers, Tremco sales representatives and regional sales managers and corporate staff.
* Complete weekly/monthly reports, sales activities, proposals and purchase orders.
* Travel within the assigned territory, complete expense reports on a timely basis.
* Pre-project field inspections and technical support including but not limited to:
* Peel tests
* Product recommendations
* Proper product installation
* Product diagnostic support to ensure the contractor is kept out of trouble in misuse of products for the situation.
* Provide an on-going sales support, training and development to the contractors, per the direction of the local sales reps.
* Be a direct line of contact to the contractors in the designated area, per the local sales reps, to maintain a good working relationship with the existing contractor base, keeping them informed and trained on Tremco s product line and new products introduced.
* Develop new contractors in the area, per the local sales team, by training on product systems and their usage.
Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:
* High School diploma or GED
* Associate s degree (AAS), or Trade School Certification, or Bachelor s Degree (BS) preferred.
* 5+ years of roofing sales or technical experience in the commercial market.
* 2+ years of roofing repair, troubleshooting, or field service experience.
* Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems including built-up, modified, single ply, and metal systems.
* Must have a valid drivers license and acceptable Motor Vehicle record.
* Class B CDL driver s license.
* Strong roofing or building science mechanical aptitude.
* Prior experience in a field sales and service leadership role.
* Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and learn internal business systems).
* In-depth technical understanding and extensive hands-on knowledge of applications of products.
Intimate knowledge of product line.
* History of working in a field that required autonomy and self-motivation.
* Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
* Overnight travel of up to 25% to support assigned customer accounts. The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $60,000 and $70,000.

What will you do? The Account Manager, Ticketing has leadership, sales, and administration responsibilities to elevate business results, optimize our processes and technology and inspire our workforce in all PNE business channels.
This position will divide its time on average with 30% account management, 50% ticketing operations & process management, and 20% leadership & administrative activities.
The duties include, but are not limited to: Account Management
Develop and maintain positive account management standard operating principles with team leads to elevate business results, grow client opportunities, and optimize ticket sales, processes, and technology.Partner with Marketing team and clients to identify ticket sales patterns and proactively address low selling shows, peaks and valleys in ticket sales and onboarding of new ticketing product offerings.Provide timely ticket reporting for internal and external events.Communicate with stakeholders on event build information for websites and e-blasts,Proof guest communications for pre-sales, announcements, cancelations, and event updates.Represents the interests of the client while maintaining the PNE business objectives and minimizing PNE risk.
Ticketing Operations & Process Management
Manage and maintain online ticketing systems, policies and proceduresManage and provide onsite support for the Box Office during eventsResponsible for accuracy of event build set ups, maximizing ticket sales, and settlement processes for a variety of Promoters for onsite & offsite events, as well as all PNE internal events (Playland, Fright Nights, PNE Fair etc.).Maintain high levels of security, safety and fraud controls and ensure seamless scanning with access control systems.Manage inventory controls for all ticketing assets (Scanners, Ticket stock, wristbands, Printers, laptops etc.).Maximize use of ticketing platform functionality and call center technology including general maintenance and implementation of new product offerings.Work closely with Marketing Team on Google analytics analysis, SEO, event emails, social media & TicketLeader branding.
Leadership & Administration
Inspire team to maximize their potential and productivity through optimization of processes and technology.Develop a sales & marketing culture across the organization and encourage cross selling at all PNE Events and business channels.Manage regular maintenance of ticketing software programs.Continually evolve knowledge of ticketing trends and develop enhancements for ticket build set ups.Ensure all corporate and client planning timelines are met respectively and diligently including contracts, analysis, financial reporting and maintain documented standard operating policies & procedures.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Functions
Supervise and lead a team of Contract Administrators, providing guidance, support, and performance management. Oversee daily operations of the team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks. Assign and prioritize work based on business needs, utilizing multiple team email boxes and task queues. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Legal, Sales, and Finance to support contract processes. Review, edit, and negotiate contract terms and conditions with customers to ensure compliance with company policies and risk tolerances. Perform final review and signature of assigned contracts, escalating complex issues as needed. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure departmental goals are met or exceeded. Develop and maintain efficient processes and standard operating procedures to support a scalable contract administration function. Assist in the preparation and management of business & contractor licensing activities and renewals. Act as the communication bridge between the contract admin team and senior manager to ensure alignment of goals, issues, and priorities. Train new and existing team members on contract processes, systems, and tools. Maintain accurate contract records in ERP and CLM systems. Assist Contract Administrators in their tasks as needed. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in contract administration or related role. 3+ years in a supervisory or team leadership capacity. Demonstrated experience reviewing, editing, and negotiating commercial contracts. Experience working in an office-based, team-oriented environment. Experience in government contracts and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). Strong leadership and team management skills. Understanding of insurance terminology, ability to interpret requirements and read certificates of insurance (COIs). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and organizational ability. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Solid understanding of legal terminology and contract structures.
Preferred Requirements
Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or other relevant certifications. Familiarity with risk management principles. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) & Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software; Agiloft experience is strongly preferred.
Physical Requirements
This position requires minimal physical activity but does require computer usage for an extended period - up to 8 hours in a day.
No unusual environmental, lifting or exertion requirements are associated with this position.
Benefits and Compensation
The pay range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000.
Please note all pay ranges are broadly stated and any final offer is dependent on factors such as location, direct experience, market guidance, internal equity, among other qualifying criteria permitted by law.
