Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency. Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with R-O Corporate manufacturing and HR personnel, and staff members as necessary. Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes. Plan and direct activities such as Promotional orders, new products etc.

Required Experience:

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This role is to educate WTI personnel on proper product use application, provide installation training on and off the roof, oversee large self-performed projects from start to finish with intermittent inspections, and post-completion inspections of smaller projects.
The QCS will perform regular job site visits during the project and post-project completion.
The goal is to provide consistency across the country with proper roof repairs and application of our products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure proper execution and delivery of all WTI GS and GC self-performed roofing work. Provide a variety of technical and application training sessions in the field and in a shop setting. Provide hands on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation. Attend pre-con's on large projects.
Be present at job start-ups to discuss the proper execution of the scope of work.
Visit the projects at specific intervals to assess the completed work and provide any direction or corrective advise.
Perform a pre-final inspection to ensure that the projects have a zero punch-list.
Perform final inspections when needed.
Pre-project field inspections and technical support including but not limited to Peel tests Product recommendations Proper product installations Post-project completion inspection to ensure quality workmanship and proper utilization and application of materials. Product diagnostic support to ensure that WTI is kept out of trouble in misuse of products for the situation. Perform roof inspections with written reports and photo documentation. Perform safety audits while on site to ensure all safety requirements are being met and consult with the safety team when necessary. Communicate professionally with our Technicians, Foremen, Supervisors, Field Operations Managers, Regional Business Managers, Corporate Staff, and the Sales Team. Complete daily reports including DTA's, Safety Audits, Truck Audits, and QC Inspection Reports as necessary and applicable. Complete weekly/monthly activity reports as requested. Mobile Repairs: Dent repair, paint repairs, and paint rectification - making cars look like new
Alloy Wheel Refurbishment: Restore wheels to their original glory
Customer Service Excellence: Providing exceptional mobile services at customer locations, always leaving a smile
Tools and Equipment: Keep your fully stocked van ready to go for each job, ensuring maximum efficiency

What We're Looking For:
Experience: Proven track record in car body repair, dent removal, paint rectification, and alloy wheel repair
Full UK Driver's License: You'll need to be mobile!

Mobile Experience: If you've worked on mobile repairs before, that's a bonus (but not essential!)

A fantastic new job opportunity for a Field Sales Engineer - Electrical has just become available, to join a leading R&D company, based in Nottinghamshire.
This presents an opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join world leaders in safety critical, lifesaving products.
The Field Sales Engineer - Electrical will work directly with customers, providing technical consultations, promoting solutions and assisting with the implementation of products for safety risk.
Travel is required for this role, with an expectation of up to two weeks of fieldwork per month, including overnight stays.
This individual will be based local to site in Nottinghamshire and manage the Southern region of the UK.
A valid driver's license is required, and the ability to rent and operate vehicles when travelling both nationally and internationally.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Collaborating directly with customers (or via established channel partners) to understand their specific requirements and recommend solutions that align with their needs.
Providing virtual product demonstrations to ensure customers are informed about the functionality and benefits of the solutions.
Assisting customers in meeting safety and compliance requirements by recommending solutions that align with relevant industry standards.
