Summary:
IBP technical professional with 5-7 years of experience in SAP Planning Platforms (IBP/APO), SAP Materials Management, and SAP integrations to take leading IT position in implementation of SAP IBP and ownership of the platform.
Position will be responsible for the ongoing strategic development and operation of a highly effective SAP IBP Platform, optimizing processes and technology, and managing any staffing requirements.
Position is expected to work closely with business executives and stakeholders in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support business planning solutions and data integrations to deliver capabilities to satisfy business needs.
In addition, this position will strive to maintain relevant technical skills to support the organization's planning systems landscape.
Requirements:
Excellent working knowledge of SAP IBP functionality and integration with SAP ECC /S4HANA.
Experience with configuration and customization of SAP IBP modules. Key figures, parameters, master data, time profiles, planning profiles, ABC/XYZ segmentation, demand models, sales history, statistical forecasts, promotions, sales, and statistical forecasts across all hierarchical levels, including planning areas. New product introduction, integrating promotions, data realignment, and link planning parameters to forecast models. Planning/Supply time fence; order-based planning; constrained planning models; scenario planning and what if analysis; supply planning infinite and finite optimization; inventory optimizations and alerts. Collaborative planning, integration with existing SAP ECC/ S4HANA systems. Good working knowledge of SAP Material Management and Inventory Management functions, practices, master data and processes. Ability to perform IT Functional Lead project related responsibilities and other various IT projects. Experience in solving production support, break fix and enhancements of the SAP system integration with IBP modules. Ability to provide IBP and planning systems expertise and work closely with the project team.
Process mapping experience of IBP processes. Experience in developing an overall testing strategy, writing test scripts, configuring the IBP solution, testing execution, communicate testing results back to the client, managing & training end users, developing training documentation, executing training, etc. Experience working with master data integration. Strategic thinker and team player. Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision. Excellent critical thinking skills, strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills with internal and external customers.
Responsibilities: Serve as the domain expert and advocate for best implementation practices. Hands-on system configuration of SAP IBP, Functional/System Testing, Integration Testing, Test Script Writing, Training, Go-Live Support, and Post-Startup support ensuring that IBP is properly functioning from end-to-end and conforms to specifications. Understanding business processes and requirements and translating them to specific software requirements including Business Requirements Documents & GAP Analysis for extension development. Create functional requirements and use cases.
Coordinate requirements walk-through and signoffs. Partner with project team to translate business specifications into test specifications & scripts. Collaborate with the vendor and client to perform software testing and report on quality metrics. Communicates issues, concerns and problems to team members and upper management.
Assist staff and users with solving software related problems. Able to work in a respectful manner with both internal and external partners. Follow all safety procedures within the company policies. Position requires nominal travel.
Travel to other company sites during critical project phases, optimization work, and business support are potential.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related applications. 5+ years experience in IBP SOP, Demand, Supply Response, Inventory and Control Tower. 3+ years experience in IBP configuration and implementation with demonstrability end results. 5+ years experience with SAP including materials / inventory management areas. Strong time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities. Analytical, troubleshooting, and end-user support skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Initiative-taking with ability to play differing roles on the functional team. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
This includes meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Hands on experience of working with integration aspects of SAP cross modules MM/IM, PP, MRP, etc. Salary Range: $145,000 - $165,000, bonus eligible

Serve as lead project engineer for approved capital projects with the goal of on time and on budget completion. Develop and administer a viable and visual Preventative Maintenance Program that reduces downtime and improves overall reliability of production and production supporting machinery.
Responsible for identifying capital requirements for the facility's annual capital plan and budget. Direct, review, and approve product design and changes consistent with MOC procedures.
Recruit departmental employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
Analyze annual site utility expenditure and develop plan to optimize plant efficiency to reduce costs (ISO 14001).
Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services.
Integrate the plant PHA initiative with the appropriate capital projects. Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operations and work with the maintenance crew to implement the needed preventative measures. Interface with leadership, operators, and maintenance to develop needed TPM programs. Support SPC, DOE's, and other Quality initiatives. Lead Engineer for the production processes. Develop facility infrastructure upgrade plan.

in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

Main responsibilities:
Maintain oversight of the EHS function at the Corsicana Chemical Manufacturing Plant to ensure EHS compliance and risk are evaluated and managed appropriately. Contribute to the development of new and revision of existing EHS policies, procedures, programs, and processes and verify their deployment throughout.
Partner with Corp EHS and other Manufacturing leadership in the planning, development, and implementation of EHS/risk reduction strategies, initiatives, and programs in alignment with SH&E performance trends, business goals, and regulatory obligations. Identify, establish, and communicate cascading EHS goals for the Corsicana Plant, incorporating the needs of Plant as well as the greater Tremco organization. Facilitate workshops and other activities to improve employee engagement and the overall safety culture of the plant. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance on existing and evolving EHS regulatory matters to the EHS team, Site Leadership team and Plant Manager. Assist EHS team and SLT Managers in translating our division's EHS, Process Safety and Security goals into site-specific policies, procedures, and programs. Ensure that the Corsicana Plant implements and sustain effective EHS management systems in accordance with external and internal standards (e.g., Responsible Care, ISO, OHSAS, Energy Services' Integrated Management System, etc.) Interface with federal and local regulatory agencies on behalf of the Corsicana Plant to successfully demonstrate compliance legal, business and customer requirements. Participate as a member of the Corsicana Plant Site Leadership Team (SLT). Monitor the execution of EHS, Process Safety, and Security compliance-related engineering and capital projects at the Corsicana Plant to ensure completion in accordance with deadlines as established with local and federal agencies. Manage EHS compliance tools and processes, both internal and external. Advocate the consistent use of EHS compliance tools and processes throughout the division to report incidents, document incident investigations, and track closure of associated corrective actions in a timely manner. Ensure root cause investigations are conducted for those incidents with the greatest learning potential, lessons learned documents are generated and shared across the network and throughout the company. In addition, this position is responsible for maintaining/advancing a viable and visual Preventative Maintenance Program at the facility, while identifying capital requirements for the annual capital plan.
Responsibilities also include developing and assisting in value stream design and implementation of lean principles and tools within the manufacturing environment.
This includes, but is not limited to, assisting with value stream mapping, employee training, continuous improvement event facilitation, waste identification and elimination, problem solving (through the scientific method), work area and station design and layout, visual control implementation, material flow, and progress tracking and communication.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with LEAN leadership in eliminating unplanned production interruptions. Use DAKOTA as the compliance tool to report incidents, near misses and non-conformances, and to maintain compliance with EH&S. Work with the maintenance crew to implement the needed preventative measures. Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions. Prepare capital projects for submission to management.
Included are costs, schedule, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), and needed procedures. Serve as lead project engineer for approved capital projects with the goal of on time and on budget completion. Develop and administer a viable and visual Preventative Maintenance Program that reduces downtime and improves overall reliability of production and production supporting machinery.
Responsible for identifying capital requirements for the facility's annual capital plan and budget. Direct, review, and approve product design and changes consistent with MOC procedures.
Recruit departmental employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
Analyze annual site utility expenditure and develop plan to optimize plant efficiency to reduce costs (ISO 14001).
Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services.
Integrate the plant PHA initiative with the appropriate capital projects. Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operations and work with the maintenance crew to implement the needed preventative measures. Interface with leadership, operators, and maintenance to develop needed TPM programs. Support SPC, DOE's, and other Quality initiatives. Lead Engineer for the production processes. Develop facility infrastructure upgrade plan.

B.S.
in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
At least 1-2 years in a supervisory role. 5-10 years of Facility and Process Engineering experience. Experience managing capital projects required. Experience is Engineering Management. PHA and "Process Safety Management" experience a positive.

Collaborative planning, integration with existing SAP ECC/ S4HANA systems. Good working knowledge of SAP Material Management and Inventory Management functions, practices, master data and processes. Ability to perform IT Functional Lead project related responsibilities and other various IT projects. Experience in solving production support, break fix and enhancements of the SAP system integration with IBP modules. Ability to provide IBP and planning systems expertise and work closely with the project team.
Process mapping experience of IBP processes. Experience in developing an overall testing strategy, writing test scripts, configuring the IBP solution, testing execution, communicate testing results back to the client, managing & training end users, developing training documentation, executing training, etc. Experience working with master data integration. Strategic thinker and team player. Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision. Excellent critical thinking skills, strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills with internal and external customers.
Responsibilities: Serve as the domain expert and advocate for best implementation practices. Hands-on system configuration of SAP IBP, Functional/System Testing, Integration Testing, Test Script Writing, Training, Go-Live Support, and Post-Startup support ensuring that IBP is properly functioning from end-to-end and conforms to specifications. Understanding business processes and requirements and translating them to specific software requirements including Business Requirements Documents & GAP Analysis for extension development. Coordinate requirements walk-through and signoffs. Partner with project team to translate business specifications into test specifications & scripts. Collaborate with the vendor and client to perform software testing and report on quality metrics. Communicates issues, concerns and problems to team members and upper management.
Assist staff and users with solving software related problems. Able to work in a respectful manner with both internal and external partners. Follow all safety procedures within the company policies. Position requires nominal travel.
Travel to other company sites during critical project phases, optimization work, and business support are potential.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related applications. 5+ years experience in IBP SOP, Demand, Supply Response, Inventory and Control Tower. 3+ years experience in IBP configuration and implementation with demonstrability end results. 5+ years experience with SAP including materials / inventory management areas. Strong time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities. Analytical, troubleshooting, and end-user support skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Initiative-taking with ability to play differing roles on the functional team. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
