My Client based in EXETER, is seeking Ad hoc Bar/Waiting Staff.
Key Responsibilities
-Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to venue standards.
-Take customer orders accurately and manage payments using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
-Greet hotel guests warmly, provide menu recommendations, and answer questions about the local area.
-Restock bar fridges, monitor inventory levels, and change kegs or gas cylinders safely.
-Verify customer age identification and strictly adhere to responsible service of alcohol regulations.
- Maintain a spotless bar environment by washing glassware, polishing surfaces, and clearing tables.

Key Accountabilities
Lead user experience design activities within the team, offering expert guidance to support the adoption of best practice approaches
Design and develop engaging, interactive digital learning solutions that turn dense content into clear, high-impact learning artefacts
Tailor learning experiences to suit a range of roles and responsibility levels, ensuring content remains clear, relevant and accessible
Partner closely with learning and development specialists, subject matter experts and key stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment with operational needs
Streamline content by identifying and removing redundancy, maximising learning impact within limited training windows
Apply contemporary learning design principles and accessibility standards, leveraging modern digital technologies to create efficient, user-centred experiences
Support knowledge transfer to internal teams to enable ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of learning products
Ideal Experience
Strong background in user experience analysis and digital content design, ideally within a learning or training environment
Confident working across contemporary tools and technologies such as AI-supported development, video, SCORM, HTML-based animation, JavaScript and 3D simulation
A strategic mindset when it comes to selecting the right content formats and technologies to meet operational needs within tight timeframes
Demonstrated ability to design content for single-exposure learning, where clarity and impact are essential
Excellent collaboration skills, with a track record of working alongside subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance
