About the role -
As a Roof Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting their clients and Area Technical Sales Managers.
You will ensure waterproofing systems meet technical and client requirements through detailed analysis and production of technical specifications, calculations, and drawings.
What youll do -
- Analyse specifications for material compatibility and suitability
- Check roof survey reports for consistency and accuracy
- Provide technical advice and liaise with clients and sales managers
- Produce technical calculations and drawings for waterproofing and PV designs
- Ensure compliance with Industry Codes of Practice and Building Regulations
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
Ideal Candidate -
- Technically minded with a background in the Construction Industry or Architecture.
- Proficient in reading and understanding architectural drawings
- Excellent communication skills in a personable manner
- Computer literate with an analytical approach and a keen eye for detail
- CAD experience is advantageous but not essential
What we offer -
- A base salary of up to £33,000 with a bonus, based on performance, taking the OTE to £38,000
