Presents and promotes Stonhard's products and services to industrial and commercial accounts supporting Stonhard Territory Managers/Project Engineers within the region. Manage Stonhard projects utilizing TPM guidelines.

Position will require the employee to wear a half-faced purifying respirator and particulate filtering face piece While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Production Assembler performs assigned tasks that include, but are not limited to, plastering, producing architectural shapes, EIFS wall components, and exterior panel systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operates and maintains extrusion machinery independently; collaborates with team to run parts through equipment.
Performs journeyman-level plastering, including troweling, base coating, finishes, and final sanding/touch-ups.
Hand-applies and cuts adhesive mesh and Fedderlite channels to specification; trims parts with cutting equipment.
Mixes materials using electric drills and paddles; assembles and pours molds for cast stone.
Utilizes Monday.com to track production progress, shipments, and inventory.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Quality Control Specialist educates WTI personnel on the proper use and application of products, providing installation training both on and off the roof.
They oversee large self-performed projects from start to finish, conducting intermittent inspections and performing post-completion inspections of smaller projects.
The QCS will conduct regular job site visits during the project and after project completion.
The goal is to provide consistency nationwide through proper roof repairs and the application of our products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure proper execution and delivery of all WTI GS and GC self-performed roofing work. Provide a variety of technical and application training sessions in both field and shop settings. Provide hands-on application training and supervision of roof coatings and installation. Attend pre-cons on large projects.
Be present at job start-ups to discuss the proper execution of the scope of work.
Visit the projects at specific intervals to assess the completed work and provide any direction or corrective advice.
Perform a pre-final inspection to ensure that the project has a zero-punch list.
Perform final inspections when needed.
Pre-project field inspections and technical support, including but not limited to: Peel tests Product testing Product recommendations Proper product installations Post project completion inspection to ensure quality workmanship and proper utilization and application of materials. Product diagnostic support to ensure that WTI is kept out of trouble due to misuse of products in the situation. Conduct roof inspections, providing written reports and photo documentation. Conduct on-site safety audits to ensure all safety requirements are met and consult with the safety team as needed. Review and train on large warranty adjustment projects over ten (10) man days. Complete daily reports including DTA's, Safety Audits, Truck Audits, and QC Inspection Reports as necessary and applicable. Complete weekly/monthly activity reports as requested. Support the region as needed when weather conditions prevent the fulfillment of daily job responsibilities. Facilitate training in a classroom setting.
All other Quality Control Inspection-related tasks or training as assigned by the manager. Travel predominantly within the assigned territory and nationally as needed, and complete and submit expense reports on a timely basis.
EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of roofing, roofing repair, troubleshooting, or field service experience. Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including built-up, modified, single ply, and metal. Working knowledge of roof coating systems.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong roofing or building science mechanical aptitude. Prior experience in a field service leadership role. - The Ability to Change tooling and angles
- Experienced in loading an Amada Press Brake
- Confident reading technical drawings
- 3+ years experience working within an engineering environment

Job SummaryAt Integra Education, we have proudly supported schools and local authorities across the UK for over 15 years.
We specialise in providing tailored educational support to pupils who are currently disengaged from mainstream education due to a range of complex needs, including (but not limited to) SEN (Special Educational Needs), SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health), and EBSA (Emotionally Based School Avoidance).
We are currently seeking a tutor to provide 1-3 hours of weekly support to a secondary school pupil in Warrington, with a focus on enhancing their understanding and confidence in French.
The Role of a Tutor
Provide one-to-one or small group tuition tailored to each student's individual needs.
Develop and deliver engaging, creative lesson plans in line with the student's curriculum and learning objectives.
Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods to maximise learning.
Foster a supportive, encouraging environment that boosts student confidence and motivation.
Record and report on student engagement and outcomes effectively.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in tutoring or teaching
Strong understanding of the UK national curriculum.
Experience working with children or young people, including those with SEN/SEMH needs - highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in delivering tuition in French
Organised, flexible, and able to work independently.
Requirements
Relevant teaching or tutoring experience (a teaching qualification is desirable but not essential).
Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply before starting).
Access to reliable transport (depending on location/setting of tuition).
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
