GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Production Operator starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely.
There are three Production Operator levels (I, II, & III).
The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.
The Production Operator will operate production equipment, including industrial blenders, in accordance with the established production schedule.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machine(s).
Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
Ensure product meets certain tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
Understand production instructions.
Maintain accurate paperwork.
Inspects equipment, structures, and materials to identify problems or defects prior to production to ensure a clean, clear and safe work environment.
Reads and follows work orders and formulas to meet production specifications and schedules.
Examines materials, ingredients, or product per quality standards.
Weighs or measures materials, ingredients, and products per requirements.
Adds and mixes raw materials according to specifications.
Transfers materials, supplies, and products between work areas.
Discharges blenders of powder when necessary.
Ensures quality and conformity of blended products to meet standards.
Ensures equipment is set-up, cleaned, sanitized, and operating properly before, after and between runs.
Completes cleaning logs and notifies quality control for hygiene testing.
Records operational and production data on specified forms/production documents.
Reports malfunctions to a supervisor and confirms proactive and routine maintenance.
Conducts on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures.

Essential Functions:
Presents and promotes Stonhard's products and services to industrial and commercial accounts supporting Stonhard Territory Managers/Project Engineers within the region. Manage Stonhard projects utilizing TPM guidelines.
Duties and Responsibilities included (but not limited to) Material Management Schedule adherence Quality Control Installer Management Safety Forecasting/Invoice (PMF) Change Orders Post Job Reports Customer Management Daily Reports/Site Visits (with photos) Communicates closely with Stonhard Territory Managers and Sales/Construction Division team regarding project specific events, including but not limited to scheduling, labor costs and product consumption. Must possess reliable transportation (driving time in a typical day - 20%) Regional travel in the field is >50% of the time. Must possess a valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements:
Position will require the employee to wear a half-faced purifying respirator and particulate filtering face piece While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to physically transport installation tools and materials on a project site (approximately 40 lbs.) This position requires wearing of hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed boots, high-visibility vest, and depending on the task, may also require ear protection, respirators, safety harnesses, and specialized protective clothing, while on the worksite.

Drive integration of acquired products into new and established sales initiatives. Collaborate with Strategy and R&D teams on next generation technology. Create, implement, maintain, and train on the use of value calculators. Provide leadership within applicable industry associations and provide trade show support, as appropriate. Provide regular updates and communication to the business regarding activities, initiatives, outcomes, key performance indicators (KPI's), etc. Continuously enhance technical knowledge through self-study, industry networks, and research.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or equivalent is prefered; or at least ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

Responds to unscheduled maintenance issues as required.

You will be supporting fee earners on a mixed caseload of claimant and respondent employment law work, both contentious and non-contentious. The team deal with employment tribunals, unfair dismissal, discrimination, disciplinaries and grievances, redundancies and restructuring, harassment and bullying, investigations and advisory work.
Key Responsibilities
Providing advice to clients on employment issues, both contentious and non-contentious
Drafting documents including responses, motions and letters
Legal research
Assist with preparation for trials and hearings
About You
Previous experience within an employment law department would be preferred, though candidates with strong paralegal experience in other areas such as private client are also encouraged to applyT
