Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic business decisions
Analysis of balance sheet and profit & loss statements.
Monitor cash flow, reconcile accounts, and maintain financial records.
Credit control and Payment runs
VAT returns and liaise with Payroll bureau
Develop and maintain financial performance dashboards and reporting mechanisms
Automate and develop the transaction side of the accounts
Integrate Sales Orders, Sales Change Order, and Project Budget process between accounts and project management team
Assist in cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives
Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and special projects as required
Provide actionable financial insights to senior management
THE PERSON
Ideally ACCA, CIMA or ACA Qualified, however, exceptional Qualified By Experience/QBE Candidates will be considered
Current experience at Finance Manager or Management Accountant level
Must have current experience of producing Management Accounts and Financial Analysis
Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel and financial reporting tools skill
Ideally with knowledge of Sage 50.
Any experience of ISO90001 & ISO27001 would be an advantage.

Take instructions from fee earners, providing legal advice and guidance on case strategies and procedures.
Draft and tailor legal documents, including court filings and contracts, utilising standard templates when applicable.
Work closely with directors, the head of costs, and fee earners to align case objectives and strategies.
Budget clinical negligence cases, ensuring appropriate coverage for all necessary work and advising on budget management.
Provide cost estimates for interim payments and offer settlement advice for clinical negligence cases.
Prepare solicitor-client documents, bills of costs, and assess recoverable costs.
Negotiate settlements and provide advice on the likelihood of success for clinical negligence cases.
Keep fee earners updated on the progress of costs claims, offers, and issues, as well as client funds.
Instruct counsel and experts as needed, ensuring time and documents are accurately recorded in the case management system.
Laise with the Accounts team to ensure compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules and manage final client fund distribution.

Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Leadership:
Define and execute the overall construction strategy for the portfolio of Solar PV projects.
Provide leadership to multi-disciplinary project teams, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
Collaborate closely with C-level executives and regional directors to refine and optimize project delivery processes.
Construction Oversight:
Oversee the execution of utility-scale solar projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including developers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
Direct and manage the performance of contractors, ensuring adherence to FIDIC, NEC, or other applicable contracts.
Approve and monitor key project documentation, such as risk registers, commissioning plans, and budgets.
Health, Safety, and Compliance:
Champion the company's health, safety, and environmental culture across all projects.
Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and other applicable construction standards.
Conduct periodic audits and implement corrective actions to uphold the highest safety standards.
Financial and Contract Management:
Manage multi-million-dollar budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and forecasting accuracy.
Oversee contract negotiations and variations, working closely with legal and procurement teams.
Monitor and approve claims, extensions, and change orders to maintain project integrity.
