We are currently searching for a Territory / Representative Administrator to support the sales representative with administrative duties, to keep the representative in the field as much as possible.
Major Responsibilities:
• Entering and tracking all project orders • Salesforce • Communicate with Construction Managers • Strategic Alignment Tracking • Assisting with expense reports, entering on representative's behalf. • Creating Material Lists in Salesforce for Reps/Contractors • Requesting pricing for warranty renewals/extensions • Submitting documents for contracts, insurance requests, etc. • Ordering supplies, samples • Tracking of all project progress/product estimates in Salesforce • Working with reps to enter all Year-End/Quarterly Estimates • Tracking all drops/new contacts/meetings/roof inspections • Completing any other paperwork as needed • Develop relationships with contractors and customers • Attend project/customer meetings as needed (Pre-cons, progress meetings, etc.) • Weekly WTI meetings for each rep (Running, taking notes, coordinating) • Coordinating access and background checks as needed for secure sites, for both Tremco and WTI employees • Managing communication between WTI techs and customers for Tremcare schedules and project schedules. • Warranty Renewal/Extension Tracking/Submitting all paperwork • Regional resource for whenever someone (Customer, WTI, Tremco, Contractor) has a question
Qualifications:
• Post-secondary degree or diploma with preference in building science, civil technology, engineering, construction technology, business or any other relevant field of study is preferred. • Work experience in the construction industry is an asset, specifically experience in roofing is ideal. • Must possess intermediate level proficiency with MS-Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • Superior written, oral and digital communication skills • Ability to work with high energy, aggressive sales representatives and with detail-oriented office personnel • Must have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as experience dealing with a sales force on a daily basis • Able to effectively communicate with field personnel at all levels • Computer Literacy, E-mail, web, SAP, basic office suite experience • Organizing, planning and prioritizing administrative business functions • Saleforce or other data driven program experience is a plus. • Construction administration experience is a plus but not a requirement.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $40,000 and $55,000.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law. DAP is looking to hire Production Inventory Control Scheduler to join Pacific, MO plant. The Production Inventory Control Scheduler is responsible for developing schedules that will meet safety stock and production order requirements and adjusting as required based on changes in demand and production results.
Responsibilities
Using information from corporate systems, develop schedules for assigned packaging lines to fulfill safety stock requirements, promotion requests and customer orders, and to optimize utilization of assets.
Update schedules based on changes in demand and production performance. Ensure adequate packaging supplies are ordered on time to meet production schedules.
Communicate regularly with corporate personnel to incorporate longer-range forecasts into plan.
Communicate regularly with packaging and compounding leaders regarding schedules, including prioritization of compounding, backup plans and changing requirements. Assist in the coordination of plant trials, promotions, packaging changeovers, and special projects as needed. On a daily basis, reconcile finished goods between corporate systems, to ensure consistency.
Take corrective measures as necessary.
Review transaction adjustments to ensure accuracy.
Assist plant leadership by performing necessary duties during annual physical inventory.
Requirements
High School or GED preferred 5 years of experience in similar filed of scheduling. Logical reasoning abilities; knowledge of processes, applications, terminology, forecasting and facility capabilities. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the development and execution of key TBS initiatives to enhance field operations and ensure consistent communication of Tremco CPG and business operations initiatives. Drive resource development and allocation strategies to support additional services and products while continuously exploring opportunities for new resources and partnerships. Strategically manage inventory and equipment resources, ensuring optimal allocation, maintenance, and use to support field operations. Oversee budget management and financial planning for field operations, ensuring alignment with organizational financial goals and adjusting strategies as needed. Monitor the industry and market, identify trends, correct utilization metrics, address gross margin and/or operating income concerns, and correct poor performance to prevent future repetitive issues.
Forecast, analyze, and report regularly on established key performance indicators (KPIs).
Establish criteria for success and provide leadership for the achievement of goals.
Monitor key performance and safety metrics, develop comprehensive reports and communicate outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders. Assess daily operational situations for crisis management, safety and escalation protocol. Develop workforce planning, recruiting, and retention strategies to maintain optimum performance. Ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction through strategic oversight while championing outcomes across field and operational teams as well as external partners and vendors. Oversee quality control, schedule random site visits to current and previous job sites, review documentation, and assess customer satisfaction regularly. Model, uphold, and promote professional standards within the field teams to ensure a high level of service delivery, professional conduct and appearance, and safety-first mentality. Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented, communication and followed in accordance with organizational standards. Oversee, conduct, and provide all related employee training, including but not limited to compliance protocols, safety expectations (OSHAS Hazard Awareness, Toolbox Talks, Vehicle Safety/DOT training, etc.) process standards, and customer satisfaction requirements. Effectively lead and foster professional, clear, direct, and timely communication internally and externally.
Act as a liaison between headquarters and the field, lead and encourage effective two-way communication. Manage communication with TBS field operations, executive leadership, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on initiatives and objectives. Facilitate regular strategic communication with sales, management, leadership and other key stakeholders to proactively identify potential challenges, develop resolutions and execute accordingly.
Leverage collaborative relationships to address higher-level discrepancies and ensure alignment between field operations and sales objectives including but not limited to field resource management, workload balance, job site conditions, product management issues, etc. Manage administrative requirements including but not limited to expense management, timecards and time management, monthly sales projections, status reports, large job approvals, sales quotes, project specifications, etc.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in related field such as construction management, business, management, communications, etc.
preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
With a high school diploma or GED, 5 years of related management experience in customer service, business, construction or services related experience is required. With a Bachelor or higher degree, a minimum of 3 years related management experience required; education will be considered in lieu of experience. On-site construction safety experience is required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
OSHA 10-hour training preferred
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to lead and manage a team focused on safety, customer satisfaction, resource productivity, and business profitability. Proven communications skills (written, verbal, presentation, and listening) to clearly, concisely, directly and effectively relay information up, down and across.
