Weekly Hybrid Schedule: Monday- Wednesday are in office workdays for the team, Thursday and Friday are remote workdays.

Summary:
As our Product Support Representative, after training, you will be the go-to problem solver for the end user of RO products.
You will determine each customer's needs, answer their questions, share product information and provide effective solutions to their challenges while delivering exceptional customer service.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on no two days being the same, who loves solving problems, enjoys educating others and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
This call center is operational from 7am- 6 pm.
Flexible scheduling availability is required to accommodate our customers' needs.
Responsibilities:
Communicates with customers by telephone, email, chat or social media channels to provide information about proper selection of products and their use, and to help resolve consumer issues. Utilize product documentation as well as received training to support consumers across a wide assortment of products. Documentation of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of problems and to determine possible causes. Collaborate with other departments in the organization on the investigation and documentation of reported issues.
Requirements: This call center is operational from 7am- 6 pm.

3+ years' experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment Outstanding listening and communication skills.

Share any newly learned discoveries pertinent to repair or troubleshooting techniques that will assist team to respond more efficiently and safely. Assist in the training of Maintenance Apprentices. Communicating and conversing professionally and technically with maintenance, operations, engineering, and other resources to solving machine related issues and taking appropriate steps keeping equipment in peak operational condition. Expected to understand all equipment functions of the plant. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager and/or plant manager including project management and contractor management. I am looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join a leading Accident Repair Centre in the Crewe area.
Key Panel Beater Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operation of body alignment jigs
- Panel straightening and filling.
- Replacement of panels
- Welding and bonding of vehicle structure
- Removing and replacing complete body shell
- Keep an accurate list of parts required.
Minimum requirements as a Panel Beater:
- Time served and/or qualified to city & guilds or NVQ level.
- ATA is advantageous but not essential.
- As a Panel Beater, you should be efficient, and all work must be completed to the required standard

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor / Vehicle Accident Damage Estimator to join an established Accident Repair Centre in the Gateshead area.
This is NOT a trainee role, to be considered for this role you must be currently working in an accident repair centre in an identical role or have done so in the last 3 years.
You must have working experience of Audatex (or similar estimating software) and ideally hold an ATA VDA
Key role and responsibilities as an Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor:
- You will undertake the inspection of accident damaged vehicles, assessing the full extent of the damage, costs of repair and time frames.
- You will ensure our work providers menu pricing schedules and repair methodologies and key information for each contract is being adhered too on each job.
- You will work within our guidelines to ensure that the workflow volume meets targets.
- Use computerised estimating systems.
- Liaise regularly with insurance and accident management companies with any updates or queries relating to relevant jobs.
- Contact customers to provide updates
Minimum requirements as an Estimator / Vehicle Damage Assessor:
Must have experience using estimating software (ideally Audatex)
ATA is advantageous but not essential
Ensure customer expectations are met and demonstrate great service skills
