GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Building Envelope Field Estimator will evaluate existing building envelope conditions based on visual and documented areas of deficiencies, develop a scope of work to remedy identified deficiencies, and develop budgets, estimates, and or proposals associated with building envelope repairs.
This role is responsible for converting bid documents to construction documents and communicating job scope and expectations to the field site foreman, both verbal and written.

Attend pre-bids and develop photo documentation and field dimension records.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for investigating and analyzing building envelope failures and suggesting long-term repairs. Conduct building envelope condition assessments, forensic investigations, and failure analysis to determine the root cause of problems and develop appropriate remediation strategies. Coordinate on-site schedules, condition requirements, and the overall phasing of work. Provide technical expertise in building envelope systems, including roofing, waterproofing, and wall systems.
Execute take-offs of construction documents Travels to project sites to review for proposal development. Coordinate with Tremco Sales Representatives and WTI Construction Manager. Skillfully prepare estimates by meticulously studying proposals, plans, specifications, and addendums by identifying labor, material, and time requirements. Conduct detailed takeoffs for building envelope repairs, guaranteeing a comprehensive grasp of the project scope. Assemble and present estimates with precision, incorporating numerical and descriptive information.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Four plus years of experience in the building envelope industry.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and/or CAD drawings. Ability to travel to managed local job sites weekly or as required. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Teams. Familiarity with Project Management Software. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, follow through on assignments with minimal direction, set priorities that accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities, and perform under deadlines with frequent interruptions. 1-3 years of construction estimation experience. Personal commitment to safety, integrity, and continual professional development.
Ability to use estimating software, advanced take-off tools, and other computer programs. The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $72,000 and $90,000.

Collaborating between various distribution facilities to lead Rust-Oleum's initiatives focused on optimizing customer compliance and logistics performance and overseeing the end-to-end order cycle and customer experience, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

TASKS PROFILE:
Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following:
Maintain and present monthly penalty dashboards to Rust-Oleum leadership, including division-specific reporting and commentary on root causes and corrective actions.
Track and report distribution center (DC) penalties, identifying actionable items and communicating updates in weekly Tier 3 meetings.
Lead and train Sales Associates on penalty dispute processes; manage disputes when necessary.
Collaborate cross-functionally to investigate and resolve compliance issues.
Serve as the primary liaison with Finance for compliance-related initiatives.
Ensure consistency in compliance reporting and best practices across all Consumer companies.
Own and manage the DC audit process, including staffing, process improvements, and data analysis.
Develop and maintain dashboards using data from Lucas, SAP, and Manhattan systems.
Analyze audit results and customer receiving data to support Sales and Finance payback initiatives.
Partner with Finance to align DC audit metrics with invoice shortage reporting.
Drive consistency in audit practices across all Consumer DCs.
Develop and maintain dashboards using data from WMS, TMS, SAP, and other sources to identify improvement opportunities.
Highlight actionable insights for management follow-up.
Ensure standardized reporting across all Consumer companies as directed by leadership.Responsibilities/Expectations:
Communicate with Supervisors, peers, or subordinates: provide information to supervisors and co-workers in written form or in person.
Maintain a good record of attendance and punctuality.
Perform tasks assigned using specific operating procedures and following department specific quality control processes and procedures.
Treat people with dignity and respect.
Conduct all business with integrity.
Adhere to Rust-Oleum Corporation Quality principles and participate in all departmental and company-wide Quality activities.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.Experience Required:
Seven plus years of experience working in logistics, distribution or supply chain.
Prior experience in Retail or Consumer Packaged Goods industries.
Prior history of working cross functionally.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Working knowledge of SAP.
Bachelor's degree preferred.Salary Target Range: $95,000 - $110,000, bonus eligible

The Sr.
Technician, IT Support is responsible for maintaining, supporting and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, RF handhelds, and mobile devices, as well as providing end user support.
Primary functions also include the tracking of leased assets, and the proactive analysis of currently deployed technology and provide recommendations for future optimizations.
Assist with SOX compliance, and general IT security best practices.
Also assists with non-endpoint related projects such as site upgrades (wireless and wired networks, phone system, etc.).
Responsibilities:
Respond to technical support inquiries via phone, email, or in-person and provide timely solutions to end-user's IT issues, while documenting details via a ticketing system. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues. Facilitate the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications and hardware devices. Perform system refreshes, upgrades, software updates, and hardware maintenance tasks as required, while following and maintaining documentation of process. Utilize and help update knowledge management system pertaining to IT support items. Facilitate in hardware life-cycle management process and asset tracking.
Nonbusiness hours on-call support rotation as needed. Collaborate with network services, software systems engineering and/or application development to restore service and/or identify problems Assist with other facets of IT operations and projects as needed. Create and update end-user documentation and knowledge articles.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent oral and written communication Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proven ability to educate end-users on how to utilize IT services and applications 2 to 4 years of experience with imaging, maintaining, and troubleshooting personal computers, mobile devices, and printers. 2 to 4 years of technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MAC OS operating systems 2 to 4 years of experience with troubleshooting Microsoft's M365 suite of applications 1 to 2 years of experience with Microsoft's Active Directory and Group Policies (Depending on the site) 1 to 2 years of experience with RF Guns and Label Printers Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a timely fashion. Ability to support cross-team collaboration to ensure your focus area integrates with the overall solutions.
