GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Maintenance Technician supports and ensures the completion of day-to-day maintenance activities at the plant.
The position provides support to leadership for all maintenance staff to drive excellence and maximize effort.
The position focuses on maintaining high-quality standards through the efforts expended at the facility that meet and exceed customer expectations while maintaining a professional and equally efficient environment for all production employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform standard work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Inspect and repair plant equipment, including but not limited to mechanical, welding, carpentry, electrical, instrumentation and controls to minimize downtime.
Document accurate maintenance activity records.
Clean and maintain assigned areas and tools to ensure proper functionality.
Participate in the continuous improvement process.
Report incidents, near misses, and any non-conformances through the appropriate channels.
Exemplify the expected values of organization including following policies and standard work procedures.
Give input on and coordinate maintenance supply purchases.
Perform Preventative Maintenance Program to ensure completion and accuracy.
Other projects and tasks assigned.
Crosstrain on other production functions to aid as business need dictates.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
No formal educational requirement
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Maintenance Technician I: No prior experience required unless noted in the education section.
Maintenance Technician II: 1+ year of experience
Maintenance Technician III: 3+ years of experience
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Indicate if required or preferred.
Forklift License preferred
Class 3 boiler operating certificate for maintenance Technician III (Alberta)
Class 4 boiler operating certificate for maintenance Technician II (Alberta)
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Indicate if required or preferred.
Experience in 480-volt 3 phase electricity required (Preferred in some locations)
Capable of installing, programming, and troubleshooting PLC; AC/DC drive motors preferred
Ability to troubleshoot electric, air systems, and hydraulic systems
Knowledge of lockout/tagout, arc flash requirements, confined space entry and hot work permit
Ability to work overtime as needed; ability to meet deadlines
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond urgently to down equipment

Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements.

Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
Provide internal and external auditing services for businesses or individuals.
Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
3+ years of professional experience in an accounting or finance - Preferably in a manufacturing environment
Prior experience with SAP is a plus, but not required
Prior experience with financial management and reporting tools (i.e.
HFM, OneStream) is a plus, but not required
Team player with the ability to collaborate across a cross-functional team
Up to 25% travelSalary target range: $98,000 - $140,000, bonus eligible

DAP is looking to hire a Territory Manager based out of the Denver, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs I-25 corridor; or the Salt Lake City Area.
Overview
The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the day-to-day sales activities and account responsibilities to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling and training of DAP products and/or related services.
Territory includes Colorado, Wyoming, Utah and Northern NM.
Job Description
Develop and execute strategic plans by effectively utilizing marketing programs, leveraging field resources, product training, event marketing, and outside sales work-withs.
Achieve sales targets for all product categories.
Regularly call on all dealers, regional chains, distributors, and prospects in assigned area.
Provide support to dealers on product knowledge, end user work, event marketing, and merchandising.
Communicate opportunities, issues, trends to management and marketing.
Establish relationships with Dealers, Regional & National Wholesalers, and Key End Users
Effectively manage T&E and Promotional Budgets
Work national 2-Step Wholesale shows that operate within your territory.

Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant sales experience; experience in the home improvement industry preferred.
