Familiarity with Project Management Software. Strong verbal and written communication skills. What Youll Be Doing:
- Acting as the key point of contact for service customers
- Booking vehicles in for service and repair
- Liaising between customers and the workshop
- Upselling additional work where appropriate
- Ensuring an efficient, premium level of service is delivered at every stage
