DAP is looking to hire Brand Marketing Intern for Summer 2026.
Responsibilities:
The summer intern would work under mentorship of Assistant Brand Manager.
The primary project will focus on one of the following areas: • Brand Operations Support Assist with preparing product launch materials and organizing sample kits Maintain organized file systems for packaging assets and launch materials • Artwork & Packaging Support Assist with routing packaging artwork for internal team review Update artwork trackers and ensure all files remain current and accurate Support large regulatory packaging update projects Assist with submitting purchase order (PO) requests • Brand Strategy & Competitive Insights Conduct in-store walkthroughs to analyze competitor packaging and messaging and current positioning Support development of a Packaging Trends Report, including research on color, design, and digital elements Create a brand portfolio audit by identifying opportunities for clarity and consistency • Project & Process Improvement Help refresh communication documents
Pay
$17 / hour.
Requirements
Major: Marketing, Communications, Project Management Junior, or Senior. Organized, high attention to detail, interest in brand marketing. Inquisitive, good notes taker, desire to learn and grow.

Description: For owned DAP short form content, research and develop a strategy to be posted on DAP's owned YouTube channel.

Goal: Have 20 pieces of content posted as a YouTube Short by August 2026 UGC collection a.
Description: Find and collect UGC (User Generated Content) that is brand aligned and can be used on DAP social platforms and DAP.com.
This will include onboarding to Bazaarvoice's Vibe platform that will assist in the search and collection.

Goal: 10-15 pieces of UGC collected and approved by August 2026

Responsibilities:
The summer intern would work under mentorship of Social Media Coordinator. The intern will work on
Social Media Content Creation
a.
Description: Storyboard and draft shot list to create short form video content for social channels, including working with Studio team intern to collaborate on shooting and editing videos.
b.
Goal: 15-20 edited and approved pieces of social content by August 2026
YouTube Shorts Implementation a.
Description: For owned DAP short form content, research and develop a strategy to be posted on DAP's owned YouTube channel.
Including creating a content calendar with captions for each piece of content using Jasper AI b.
Goal: Have 20 pieces of content posted as a YouTube Short by August 2026 UGC collection a.
Description: Find and collect UGC (User Generated Content) that is brand aligned and can be used on DAP social platforms and DAP.com.
This will include onboarding to Bazaarvoice's Vibe platform that will assist in the search and collection.
b.
Goal: 10-15 pieces of UGC collected and approved by August 2026
Pay
$17 / hour.
Requirements
Major: Marketing, Communication, Business. Rising Junior, or Senior. Extensive experience with Instagram and, Tik Tok, and Facebook.
Preferred: experience with content creation and editing (short-form vertical video) .
Preferred: experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook) for a business or campus organization. Impeccable written and oral communication skills. History of effective social media writing.

Plans, coordinates and/or directs operations, including resource planning and management for field operations.

BSc / HND or equivalent in relevant electronics / IT related discipline OR equivalent vocational qualifications and experience
