This position will be responsible for both selling and generating new business with already established customers while also developing new prospects to grow volume, revenue and increase the profitability of this territory.

This position will report into the Southeast Region Director of Sales.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's in Business or a Technical degree or equivalent experience 4+ years sales and or business development experience in the fireproofing or protective coatings industry
Preferred Requirements
Previous industrial sales experience and NACE certifications are a plus.
Physical Requirements
This position requires minimal physical activity.
May require lifting up to 50lbs on occasion.

Occasional exposure to various chemicals.
May require travel by car up to 50%, including nighttime.
Essential Functions
Responsible for calling on new and existing customers to build sales volume, to remain abreast of customer requirements and to assess market trends. Calls on customers and prospective customers to inform them of products, new releases, services available, supply, etc.
Provides technical assistance when necessary. Responsible for securing and renewing orders; works with customer services and sales management to provide servicing levels required by the customer. Builds and maintains a sales program within the territory based on strategic planning including prospecting, new business development, levels of available business and level of repeat business. Works effectively with all company personnel and resources to provide full customer service and assure continuing customer satisfaction. Applies good judgment and prompt follow through on customer complaints, returns, claims or other problems on products / services provided. What will you do?

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Estimator is responsible for prioritizing and developing all bids and proposals pricing for significant building and commercial projects.

Ensure high quality with each proposal. Input all estimated costs in GC estimates via the cost model to ensure financial accuracy for revenue reporting purposes.

Identify and record any service, process, or quality system problems. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels. Verify the implementation of solutions.
Control further processing, delivery, or installation of a non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. Produce line-item proposals as required at the estimator level.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must be detail-oriented and have excellent proofreading skills.
Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms.

Customer sales calls include a mix of existing/repeat business along with prospecting for new customers and projects. Closely work with your manager to meet & exceed sales goals. Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues that may come up. Full turn-key operation ensures a smooth install and helps secure next project in another area or building. Will participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to our headquarters for pre-planned, scheduled training(s).
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew.
Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.
Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.
This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification. The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site.
Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status.
These items will include, detailed work performed updates, materials consumed, and supplies purchases are all recording daily. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum five years' experience in the commercial roofing industry. Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $53,000 and $65,000.
