Qualifications:

As a Nurse your key duties include:
Actively participate in the provision of the resident care philosophy in the care home in order to ensure the highest possible level of resident service at all times
A professional and caring service is provided to residents at all times
All resident facilities are properly co-ordinated and utilised in order to provide the maximum level of resident comfort and activity
All Nursing, Therapeutic, Nutritional and Housekeeping standards are maintained at the highest possible standard, at all times
Inform and discuss with Care Home Manager any problems regarding resident care
Take responsibility for the identification, initial management and escalation of any safeguarding or Health & Safety concerns, efficiently and promptly
Review standard and practices and recommend improvements where necessary through discussion with Care Home Manager
Complete and maintain accurate and realistic care plans for each resident
To actively participate as a team member of the Care Home
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
A nurse with the ability to lead a team of care staff
Passionate about delivering great care and supporting the residents and their families
A team player who engages well with others
Communicate effectively at all levels
Able to demonstrate awareness and understanding of the CI/CQQ/RQIA National Care Standards
Demonstrate an understanding and application of relevant legislation in relation to the role
Able to deliver nursing care in a clinical environment
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £20.35 per hour and the annual salary is up to £46,560.80 per annum.

An opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Manager to join a charitable organisation, committed to providing high-quality affordable homes in London.
As a Payroll Manager, you will manage and oversee all payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the organisation.
This 12-month fixed-term maternity cover position offers a hybrid working arrangement (up to 3 days per week after on-site training), salary of £50,400 plus performance related bonus (up to 5%).
You will be responsible for:
* Managing and processing all payroll data, including starters, leavers, and variable payments, to meet internal deadlines.
* Preparing and sharing payroll reports to enable authorisation by HR and senior management.
* Maintaining payroll records securely and ensuring compliance with GDPR and statutory requirements.
* Processing deductions accurately, including repayments, overpayments, and other adjustments, while liaising with HR where necessary.
* Ensuring all payroll processes comply with HMRC regulations, including RTI, FPS, EPS, and year-end submissions.
* Administering P32, P45, and P60 documentation as required.
* Supporting payroll projects, system upgrades, and audits, maintaining strict controls throughout
What we are looking for:
* Previously worked as a Payroll Manager, Payroll Operations Manager, Pensions Manager, Benefits Manager, Payroll Officer or in a similar role.
* Proven experience managing an in-house payroll system, including deductions, statutory returns, and pensions.
* Background in preparing payroll management accounts and understanding accounting ledgers.
* CIPP payroll qualification or equivalent.
* Knowledge of payroll and pension legislation, including RTI and year-end processes.
* Experience leading payroll projects, system implementations, process improvements and supervising staff.
* Skilled in computerised payroll packages (essential); experience with Payrite software is desirable.

My client is a well established Legal 500 law firm with a network of offices across the West Midlands.
They are looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary/Paralegal to join their successful team based in their Banbury office.
The successful candidate will assist Fee Earners with a range of administrative tasks to support the Conveyancing process.
Your role will be :
- To provide a full administrative and secretarial service within the department to ensure that the work is carried out in an expeditious manner and to meet the standards required by the Company.
- To work in accordance with the Office Manual and to act at all times in an appropriate manner as an employee of a professional practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake document preparation, typing, administration and secretarial work, following dictations from fee-earners
- Scanning post and allocating to fee earners electronically
- Assist in maintaining client files
- Providing Conveyancing quotes if required
- To progress files through to post-completion, file closing and progressing to archive
- Dealing with client enquiries and queries over the telephone and in person, and providing updates to clients and estate agents
- Update files on the Case Management System, maintain activities in case to ensure timely compliance with deadlines and required actions
- Undertake general administrative tasks
- Attend Department Meetings and Firm Wide Meetings
- Undertake any reasonable instructions made by Directors, Heads of Department, Line Manager or Fee Earners within the limits of this Job Description
Skills and Experience required:
- Experience of working in an administrative role for a law firm
- Strong typing skills and previous experience of following dictations
- Knowledge of Residential Conveyancing processes is desirable, but not essential
