Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable.
Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project.

Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule
WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks
The customer prior to arrival, upon arrival, and upon completion of daily work

The typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following:
Develop and manage the engineering maintenance schedules for the plant
Prioritize and schedule required preventative maintenance in coordination with Production Supervisors and Managers.
Input and maintain the maintenance data on SAP PM
Develop and implement PM instructions
Generate and analyze maintenance KPIs such as work order completion time, breakdown reduction, and % completion of orders.
Analyze the parts inventory system.
This includes assisting the entering of all parts transactions such as POs, issues, returns, and inventory adjustments.
Maintain accurate inventory records to help perform or manage periodic cycle counts and physical inventories.
Utilize TPM to deliver maintenance initiatives on site
Responsible for maintenance data capture and reporting (losses, costs, breakdown analyses, tag resolution)
Maintain records such as documentation of contracts and agreements, costs, budget information for maintenance/building accounts, and maintenance performance history.
Provide expertise with the computer based maintenance management system (CMMS) to schedule, document, and update all plant maintenance work orders in SAP.
Assist buyer in ordering and recommending of materials, supplies, and services to support the operation and maintenance for the facility.
Support Regulatory and Corporate standards by maintaining accurate files and records.
Develop, plan and execute training activities to expand the skills of the team.
Analyze total cost of ownership - parts, time, and downtime for each piece of equipment.

Requirements:
Associate's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Science
1-2 years of work experience in similar environment, is preferred

These items will include updates on work performed, materials consumed (T&M projects), and supplies purchased.
Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
Responsible for ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensuring quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500.
Submit all proposals of over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before submitting them to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to the Sales Rep.
Monitor and manage the Field Reps.
Consult with the Supervisor to take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee work-related issues and necessary documentation.
Work with the Supervisor to elevate the issues to HR as required.
Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules.
Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.
Attending all appropriate calls, meetings, and trainings.
Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the Supervisor or Regional Business Manager.
EXPERIENCE:

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
30-hour OSHA certification

At Project Manager level you will have a Degree and several years experience in construction project management ideally working for another firm of construction consultants.

As a Care Manager, you will oversee the delivery of supported living services, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and operational performance.
This role offers a salary range of £38,000 - £42,000 benefits.
You will be responsible for:
* Managing the day-to-day operation of supported living services.
* Ensuring individuals receive safe, effective, and person-centred support in line with their care plans.
* Leading and supporting care teams to maintain high-quality service delivery.
* Assisting with staff scheduling and rota management to ensure appropriate service coverage.
* Monitoring compliance with relevant regulations, legislation, and internal policies.

What we are looking for:
* Previously worked as a Care Manager, Home Manager, Homecare manager, Care Service Manager, Supported Living Manager or in a similar role.
* Have 3-5 years of experience in a leadership position within the health and social care sector.
* NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care, or an equivalent qualification.
* Experience working across multiple boroughs, services and community settings.
* Sound understanding of CQC requirements, safeguarding practices, and regulatory compliance.
* Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, healthcare professionals, and commissioning teams.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

As the Associate Specialist your key responsibilities include:
Assessments and admissions of new patients to the service
Obtaining collateral histories from other professionals and family
Formulating a diagnosis in conjunction with the MDT
Completing physical health assessments and working closely with our GP's and Physical Health Nurse to improve the physical wellbeing of patient
Completing discharge letters/reports/SOAD forms
Support the adequate working of the Care Programme Approach and Care and treatment plans for service users

Liaise with external professionals ad work collaboratively with commissioners and external care teams to aid seamless transitions to the community

Under the supervision of the Consultant, provide leadership of the clinical team and preparing First-tier Tribunal and Hospital Managers' hearing reports
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Experience in working in psychiatry within multi-disciplinary teams
To be in good standing with the Royal College of Psychiatrists
To have had an Appraisal/RITA within the last year
At least 3 years' experience in Psychiatry
Experience working as a doctor within a similar environment
