- The role requires the competence to lead a team of contractors on planned shutdown days to assist with the completion of the schedules
- To ensure that all automated systems for oil and grease remain topped up with the appropriate lubricant
- To use SAP and other provided reporting tools to report defects, lubrication schedule progress, stock inventory checks and oil consumption records
- Ensure appropriate labelling and documentation control of lubricants used on site.

includes labelling of tanks, drums, transport containers and relevant COSHH data
The Ideal Candidate:
- Engineering experience is desirable but not essential (training/development offered)
- An understanding of why preventative maintenance and condition-based monitoring are important
- Good communication skills

Job Description:
We are working on an exclusive basis with our client in Edinburgh (other England based office location may be considered) who is looking to recruit a Risk & Business Continuity Lead.
The role holder will work at a senior level, responsible for supporting and enhancing the organisation's risk management framework, along with ownership of the business continuity process and policies.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and business continuity planning
Relevant professional qualification in risk management, or equivalent experience
Experience operating at a senior level within risk and business continuity in a complex organisation
Understanding of regulatory environments is advantageous
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking ability, with a strategic mindset
Core Responsibilities:
Support the development and implementation of the risk management framework
Oversee risk, compliance and control processes across the organisation
Develop and maintain risk management policies, including risk identification, assessment and mitigation planning
Deliver regular risk reporting and provide assurance on controls and risk management effectiveness
Lead the development and implementation of business continuity frameworks, including business impact analysis and contingency planning
Oversee incident response management and ensure continuous improvement
Ensure business continuity arrangements meet legal and regulatory requirements
Provide expert guidance on risk and business continuity across the organisation
Develop and deliver training and awareness initiatives
Facilitate risk workshops and promote a strong risk culture

This role offers the opportunity to support the effective governance of occupational pension schemes across a range of structures, including ongoing schemes, schemes in wind-up and those in assessment periods.
The successful candidate will contribute to high-quality trustee governance, regulatory compliance and scheme management within a collaborative, professional environment.
We are actively seeking applications from individuals with experience of occupational pension schemes (DB or DC).
Whether your background is in pensions governance, scheme secretarial work, or pensions administration with exposure to trustee meetings and minute‑taking, we'd love to hear from you.

Essential Skills/Experience:

Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence working with data

Review member cases and support member option and liability management exercises
Contribute to Trustee Board effectiveness reviews and skills assessments
Support project planning and delivery across governance-related initiatives
