To be successful in this position as a EC&I Technician you will need to have qualified to HNC, HND or degree level in electrical, electronic or control engineering.

Responsibilities of a EC&I Technician, Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently., Diagnostic and Repair of equipment such as PLC based control loops, safety systems, SCADA / DCS / PLC and hard-wired control systems., Carry out functional testing of process control systems and routine testing of safety instrumented systems., Record and maintain records of all electrical, control and instrumentation systems across the site, utilising the CMMS system, ensuring they are up to date at all times., Read and extract information from drawings and maintenance manuals., Perform and record risk assessments for routine and non-routine tasks., Work with the project team delivering and commissioning on site projects.
