Position Summary
Carboline is looking to fill an open Territory Sales Representative within our Fireproofing Group seeking candidates located near Wisconsin or Chicago.
This position will be responsible for both selling and generating new business with already established customers while also developing new prospects to grow volume, revenue and increase the profitability of this territory.
We are seeking individuals with a hunters mentality and prior experience working in the fireproofing, paint and or coatings industry.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's in Business or a Technical degree or equivalent experience 4+ years sales and or business development experience, preferably in the protective coatings industry
Preferred Requirements
Previous industrial sales experience within the fireproofing or coatings industry is preferred.
NACE certifications are a plus!
Physical Requirements
This position requires minimal physical activity.
May require lifting up to 50lbs on occasion.
May require computer usage for an extended period of time - up to 8 hours in a day.
Occasional exposure to various chemicals.
May require travel by car up to 50%, including nighttime.
Essential Functions

Provides technical assistance when necessary. Responsible for securing and renewing orders; works with customer services and sales management to provide servicing levels required by the customer. Works effectively with all company personnel and resources to provide full customer service and assure continuing customer satisfaction. Applies good judgment and prompt follow through on customer complaints, returns, claims or other problems on products / services provided. Gathers and reports significant developments within accounts, prospects competitors and the general market for use by company management in research, analysis and planning purposes. Provides annual sales detailing target markets and accounts. May act as a Field Technical Service Engineer as requested. Committed to the Company's safety and quality programs.

Essential Functions
Evaluate the design and perform operating testing over higher risk key internal controls.
Prepare summaries of the audit procedures performed and the results achieved at the conclusion of each audit.
Assist in developing recommendations for remedial action to improve operations within an agreed upon implementation schedule.
Conduct follow-up discussion and tests to ascertain whether agreed upon corrective measures have been implemented. Perform higher risk specific scope financial statement audit procedures in accordance with Internal Audit's standard audit program.
Prepare summaries of the audit procedures performed and the results achieved at the conclusion of each audit.
Assist in developing recommendations for remedial action to improve operations within an agreed upon implementation schedule.
Conduct follow-up discussions and tests to ascertain whether agreed upon corrective measures have been implemented. Respond to internal requests for support or assistance in a prompt and professional manner. Provide assistance to the Company' external auditors. Keep abreast of laws, rules and regulations issued by applicable regulatory agencies with which the Company must comply. VP Internal Audit & Chief Audit Executive - On a periodic basis, the Senior Internal Auditor will meet with the Chief Audit Executive to discuss internal audit objectives, audit procedures and audit results.
RPM Corporate Leadership - The Senior Internal Auditor may participate in meetings/discussions with senior RPM leadership including the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer and/or General Counsel to provide executive level summaries of the activities of the Internal Audit Department.
Corporate Finance Department - Internal Audit is responsible for auditing the activities of the Corporate Finance Department, most important of which is the preparation of the Company's external financial statements.
In addition, the Corporate Finance Department will communicate any areas of risk at the operating company level to Internal Audit for review and follow-up.
Financial Management at Operating Groups and Operating Companies - Though the degree will vary with every audit, this position will have contact with all employees in the worldwide finance function, at every level of the organization.

Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services. Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and work with the maintenance crew to implement the needed preventative measures. Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions. Demonstrate a commitment to diversity in hiring and promotion decisions. Effectively and efficiently onboard new employees. Conduct annual performance evaluations and provide ongoing performance feedback, maintaining clear and timely documentation. Coach and manage employees using CS&W philosophy and tools to ensure talent is developed and retained. Carboline is seeking a Technician at our Research Facility in St.
Louis, MO.
This person will assist the Research and Development laboratory group in developing, modifying and evaluating corrosion resistant protective coatings, linings, fireproofing, etc.
The ideal candidate will be able to perform routine lab projects, do quality control testing, grade test panels, perform paint calculations and maintain lab book notes under the guidance of a supervisor.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent, 1-year college Chemistry or 1-3 years Lab experience.
Physical Requirements:
Lifting up to 50 pounds; exposure to chemicals including but not limited to: Amines, Polyamides, Isocyanates, Epoxies, Alkyds, Acrylics, and certain inorganic compounds.
Personal protective equipment would be utilized.
Must pass annual respirator medical evaluation and pulmonary function test as required by OSHA.
Essential Functions:
Use laboratory instruments and equipment and follow established testing procedures. Enter organized, neat, and accurate entries into laboratory notebooks. Grade test panels according to established procedures. Gather information or data in reference to trouble reports. Be familiar with routine laboratory computer functions such as report writing, formula calculations, graphics programs and inventory searching, specific for individual laboratory areas. An excellent opportunity has arisen to join The Euclid Chemical team as Technical Support Specialist, Construction Products.

General Purpose: The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support on Euclid Chemical construction products offered to distributor, contractor and residential customers, company sales and marketing staff, as well as design professionals.
This includes but is not limited to support via telephone, responding to electronic requests for product support, participating in customer sales training, and assisting in the development of new products and technical sales tools.

Major Responsibilities:
Provide and track excellent front line telephone/electronic service and support for Euclid Chemical construction products. Assist in the development of technical support tools such as product comparative guides, brochures, sell sheets, certification letters, website content, etc. Assist in product troubleshooting by proactively coordinating testing and analysis activities between sales representatives, customers, R&D/product development, customer service, and operations. Interact as a reliable peer, especially to sales representatives, product managers, marketing communications staff, customer service, business development, R&D/product development, and the operations group. Maintain electronic product technical files. Help plan and provide product training and demonstrations to internal and external customers. Occasional travel to construction jobsites or customer locations to provide product support may be required.

Manage Carboline's trademark registrations, including those associated with SPC and Dudick. Investigate the impact of domestic and international spending/buying incentive programs. Assisted product management, sales team, and others as needed by providing data and analysis support on product sales, financial performance, etc. Coordinate Stage Gate meetings with the Gatekeepers and document all results of votes in Innovation Tracker Manage ISO audits and liaise between the Product Line Team, R&D, and ISO Audit entity. Track changes in regulatory issues that affect our product line and help determine needed modifications.
Serve as a knowledge base regarding the environmental impact of our products and assist with marketing content on items like LEED, Sustainability, VOC / HAPs charts, and other tools. Requirements:
4 year college degree in Business or equivalent experience.

Rags are watered down nightly in Plant #1. Load trash truck and sort skids. Clean all Lunch and Locker rooms in the manufacturing area. Keep up to Date inventory of cleaning supplies.
Order as needed. Run vacuum hoses in Plant #2 in designated areas. Do whatever cleaning inside or outside that is required. Maintain a clean work area. Safely operate all equipment associated with a given process.
Use prescribed safety equipment, when performing duties. Communicate any variations/problems to appropriate Management Personnel.
PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Have the ability to read, write, and speak English and to understand simple math.
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
Must pass lift truck operator's test.

What will you do?
