GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Filler/Packager is responsible to fill product using at least one of the different types of packaging machines.
The operator will organize the area, collect materials such as pails, cans, cartridges or films, and set up the filling and packaging equipment.
Responsibilities include gathering required labels and casing materials.
Production Order card must be read and followed exactly as to correct packaging including labeling of cans and cases, etc.
Operator is responsible to report correct counts of production for the shift and report downtime information.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Neatly assemble and place all required materials from the fill card to be used in their appropriate location throughout the shift. Read and follow filling procedures to package material into cartridges, chubs, or one, two and five-gallon units. Follow and meet the established production schedules. Develop and execute a strategic plan to meet or exceed the organization's product learning objectives. Build training initiatives and opportunities that improve the customer's learning experience and positively impact revenue and sales growth. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and develop new training opportunities and enhance existing programs. Create, conduct, and deliver technical training programs and workshops in English and Spanish. Address issues or complaints from customers or staff in a timely manner, providing bilingual support when needed. Promote the training center to attract new customers and partnerships, using bilingual capabilities to reach a wider audience. Assist in the preparation of business plans that support the operation of the center and budgetary guidelines. Assist in the hiring, training and evaluating of staff to ensure outstanding value added support and service to our customers. EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Spanish, Engineering or a related field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Proven experience as a Technical Trainer in the construction or related field. Minimum of 4 years' experience in translating, implementing, and delivering adult learning content and programs in both English and Spanish

Position Summary:
Primarily responsible for administering and coordinating all daily service center activities.
Essential Functions:
Handle all incoming calls including customers, providing directions to the Service Center, providing information regarding orders, routing calls to appropriate individuals to assure accurate information is provided. Run various reports as requested. Back up warehouse functions of cycle count during annual inventory. Communicates with the manufacturing plant, scheduling, shipment, and delivery of product.
May involve prioritizing and negotiating product availability, partial shipments, or splitting shipments. Follows up daily on order status and notifies CSRs or sales rep of any changes. Operates the LN computer system for Sales and Replenishment order shipments. Review orders for special requirements of customers and ensure that the information is conveyed to the appropriate warehousemen. Works with Corporate Traffic Department to make cost efficient shipments. Perform additional duties as assigned Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
Requirements:
High School Diploma Experience with Microsoft Office 1-year prior office related work experience excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, along with an ability to work well with others analyze data recognizing trends and taking action to improve.

Progress Carboline's Sustainability efforts by strategizing within the framework of RPM's Build a Better World Program.
Manage Carboline's trademark registrations, including those associated with SPC and Dudick. Investigate the impact of domestic and international spending/buying incentive programs. Assisted product management, sales team, and others as needed by providing data and analysis support on product sales, financial performance, etc. Coordinate Stage Gate meetings with the Gatekeepers and document all results of votes in Innovation Tracker Manage ISO audits and liaise between the Product Line Team, R&D, and ISO Audit entity. Track changes in regulatory issues that affect our product line and help determine needed modifications.
Serve as a knowledge base regarding the environmental impact of our products and assist with marketing content on items like LEED, Sustainability, VOC / HAPs charts, and other tools. Provide and manage market data and research using subscription tools at their disposal Handle special projects as required. Committed to the Company's safety and quality programs.
Requirements:
4 year college degree in Business or equivalent experience.
3-5 years' experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Product Administration.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires minimal physical activity but does require computer usage for an extended period of time - up to 8 hours in a day.
No unusual environmental, lifting or exertion requirements are associated with this position.
Could require some domestic/international travel (< 10%).

Responsibilities
Assist with Product Management Activities.
Help commercialize new innovations.
Participate in Research.
Support National Sales Meeting Demonstrations.
Exposure to product development processes, innovation systems, creation, and marketing.
Requirements
Major: Business, Marketing, Communication. College classification (freshman, sophomore, junior or senior): Junior or Senior Enthusiastic about innovation, creating new things, branding, and selling. Excellent communication skills. Confident collaborating & communicating with other marketers in different roles.
