GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: This Senior Continuous Improvement Leader will drive and execute continuous improvement efforts at the manufacturing plant level across multiple facilities in the organization by collaborating with plant personnel to promote, improve and maintain our operational excellence systems (ex: MS168) in alignment with corporate strategy and site-specific goals.
The Senior Continuous Improvement Leader will be required to leverage available data, Six Sigma projects, and other lean tools to deliver effective initiatives across the organization to positively impact the business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with the manufacturing sites as well as corporate functions/departments to determine where the most significant areas of improvement exist and develop projects from those opportunities. Develop, prioritize, and execute continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the organization's goals and plant objectives. Assess, monitor, maintain, and enhance business performance by analyzing current practices, developing business process improvements (ex.: removing waste, reducing cost, etc.), implementing changes in workflows, structures, and teams to ensure continuous company performance. Plan, facilitate, and execute continuous improvement events using Lean Six Sigma tools, provide support for plant level initiatives, and participate in Kaizen events on the production floor in support of Tremco's MS168 philosophies. Provide support to the production staff to ensure that implemented lean principles are understood and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of process improvements. Lead cross functional work teams focused on identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to provide sustainable improvements that meet/exceed expectations. Conduct semi-annual audits. Read, research, interpret, and analyze data on current processes, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Leverage knowledge of tiered governance systems, Kaizen, 5S, visual management and SMED to assist sites in improving efficiencies by evaluating process and practice from various perspectives. Influence and motivate others to attend to, participate in and own local continuous improvement efforts and initiatives. Lead cross-functional improvement projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet predefined objectives.
Develop, monitor, and communicate project plans, timelines, and budgets with key stakeholders.
Provide supportive project management expertise including MPST and monthly savings tracking, key performance indicators, and reporting. Teach, lead, and coach cross-functional teams on Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies. Use data analytics such as statistical process control, process capability analysis, and correlation to make data driven decisions while demonstrating quantitative improvement/impact. Prepare, review, and analyze operational data, reports, and metrics to generate insights, identify trends, isolate bottlenecks, and make informed decisions. Build a culture of continuous improvement by promoting awareness and buy-in at all levels of the organization. Develop and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards and reports. Stay current with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies related to continuous improvement and benchmark against industry peers and incorporate best practices into the organization.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's /University degree, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment Preferred experience in chemical manufacturing and/or batch manufacturing operations.
Previous experience utilizing Data, Statistical Analysis, Six Sigma, and/or Lean Methodologies Five years' experience in process optimization, operations, or business management. Experience developing employee training programs

This is a hands-on position that requires you to be on-site at our various manufacturing plants. Travel to other plants is required.

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:
The hourly rate/salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $87,991 and $109,989 plus 15% bonus opportunity.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Technical Communications Specialist provides administrative assistance to the Technical Services Department and technical support of the Sealants Division product line to Tremco sales representatives and customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
General understanding of product complaint process/WebCycle/SAP and ability to close out tasks in a timely manner. Work successfully with all internal and external customers (Manufacturing, Lab, Sales, Tech Services as well as Dryvit Distributors).
Assist in providing technical support for Dryvit product line, making technically accurate recommendations to internal and external product line/application inquiries from Sales Department, architects, engineers, contractors, specifiers, etc. Answer Dryvit Mailbox /HubSpot inquiries. Acquire a general understanding and ability to communicate results of Project Testing methods/techniques - ASTM C794 (Tab Adhesion-and-Peel), ASTM C1193 (Tab Adhesion), ASTM C1248 (Stain) and ASTM C1087 (Compatibility). Assist with making technically accurate recommendations to internal and external product line/application inquiries from Sales Department, architects, engineers, contractors, specifiers, etc. Develop the various cross-functional skill sets of individuals on your team within the Technical Services Department. Maintain and update Dryvit departmental manual.
Speak/write proficiently with respect to product usage, competitive product analysis, the Tremco website, product specification, product repairs and problems. Assist when needed with on- and off-site training events (Quality Applicator Program QAP, Sales Training, etc.) and arranging product deliveries. Assist with the development & updating of Technical Bulletins, Application Instructions, Tech Data, Marketing collateral or white papers.
EDUCATION

Position Summary:
Carboline is seeking an EH&S Specialist located at our manufacturing facility in Lake Charles, LA. This person would be responsible for implementing and managing the environmental, health, safety, security, and emergency response programs for the local production and distribution facility.
We are looking for a dynamic trainer and behavior-based safety implementer for this facility.
This position will spend a lot of time on the production floor interacting with employees and supervisors identifying improvements in best practices and improving safety within processes.
PSM experience, hazardous waste management and someone that has worked within a Chemical processing facility is preferred!
Requirements:
• Minimum of a BS degree in a safety, regulatory, or chemical related discipline or equivalent experience.
(Industrial Safety preferred.) • Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in safety, regulatory, and/or chemical fields. • Strong working knowledge of the OSHA process safety management regulations (PSM). • Proven experience as safety manager. • Ability to produce reports and develop relevant policies. • Experience in data analysis and risk assessment. • Excellent organizational and motivational skills. • Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires some physical activity including but not limited to standing/kneeling/walking/sitting on concrete for approximately 50% of work day.
This position could also require computer usage for an extended period of time - up to 8 hours in a day.
Lifting up to 50 pounds; exposure to dust and chemicals including but not limited to: Amines, Polyamides, Isocyanates, Epoxies, Alkyds, Acrylics, and certain inorganic compounds.
Personal protective equipment would be utilized. This position will require travel by air and/or car including nighttime and overnight up to 25% of the time.

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal EH&S regulations including written programs, record keeping, reports, inspections, monitoring, testing, and training. • Establish local EH&S goals and objectives along with the timely and accurate reporting mechanisms. • Coordinate the investigation of incidents (including near misses and losses) and accidents to determine root causes and assists in the development of corrective and preventive action plans. • Serve as the site liaison to local emergency response providers. • Develop and conduct environmental, safety and health training programs to ensure employee's knowledge, understanding and adherence to safety and environmental regulations. • Serve as Facility Security Officer to implement and maintain facility security requirements as required by the Department of Homeland Security. • Conduct EH&S reviews for new product development, facility modification, product manufacturing modifications and new equipment/machinery installations per the OSHA PSM standard. • Create and update compliance-related standard operating procedures (SOPs) and job hazard analysis (JHAs). • Administer and monitor industrial hygiene sampling and communicate exposure information and/or personal protective equipment requirements to employees. • Report on health and safety awareness, issues, and statistics. • Maintain the health & safety statistics database • Provide coaching and support to employees, supervision, and management to proactively address safety, health, and environmental risks and concerns, • Initiate or assist in efforts to continuously improve the overall working environment in the facility. • Provide technical assistance, training and work direction to colleagues in other departments. • Analyze problems, identifying alternative solutions, and implementing recommendations in support of the Company safety goals and objectives. • Identify potential or actual areas of non-compliance through regular auditing and inspections and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken. • Review and develop profiles for classification of hazardous waste. • Responsible for timely disposal of process waste and waste finished goods. • Provide support to the Corporate Director of EH&S. • Perform other duties as needed to support the overall mission of the facility and the company.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Panel Production Coordinator ensures the seamless integration of design specifications and manufacturing processes, through accurate drawings and measurements, efficient material tracking, and optimal production operations and planning.

Review and approve customer orders through credit procedures and collect on assigned past due accounts
Essential Functions:
Review orders that are on credit hold status and make necessary arrangements to approve those orders. Customer - request and review bank/trade references, Dun & Bradstreet credit reports, and if necessary financial statements.
Set credit limit or submit to proper authorized person for credit limit approval. Learn and understand our MS168 process. Interact with plant staff and senior leaders as part of the daily, weekly, monthly tier meeting cadence. Participate in EHS-related projects as assigned. Assis in ensuring full-compliance with all site-specific EHS requirements.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Students pursuing a bachelor's degree in environmental health and safety program or related field at an accredited college or university.
Must be a rising sophomore, junior or senior in good academic standing.

Position Summary:
Carboline is looking to hire a Marine Sales Representative to own and further develop the Marine Sales and Business Development initiatives within KY, OH, TN and MO.
This position is responsible for both selling and generating new business for Carboline's Marine market which includes maintaining already established customers while also developing new prospects to grow volume, revenue and increase the profitability of this market.
This position will report to the Gulf East Director of Sales and should be someone with prior experience selling industrial paint/coatings into the Marine industry.
Requirements:
4 year Business or Technical Degree or equivalent experience, 4+ years of direct Sales/Business Development experience within the industrial coatings and Marine industries.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Essential Functions:
• Responsible for conducting basic market research in the Marine market which includes identifying the top customers, buying accounts and purchasing history • Develop and carry out market plans to enter and grow Carboline's share of the Marine market • Participate in Marine specific associations, committees, chapters, trade shows and other and industry events to gain market knowledge and to position Carboline in the forefront of this market space. • Responsible for calling on new and existing customers to build sales volume, to remain abreast of customer requirements and to assess market trends. • Calls on customers and prospective customers to inform them of products, new releases, services available, supply, etc.
Provides technical assistance when necessary. • Responsible for securing and renewing orders; works with customer services and sales management to provide servicing levels required by the customer. • Builds and maintains a sales program within the territory based on strategic planning including prospecting, new business development, levels of available business and level of repeat business. • Works effectively with all company personnel and resources to provide full customer service and assure continuing customer satisfaction. • Applies good judgment and prompt follow through on customer complaints, returns, claims or other problems on products / services provided. • Gathers and reports significant developments within accounts, prospects competitors and the general market for use by company management in research, analysis and planning purposes. • Provides annual sales reports detailing target markets and accounts.
