Position Summary:
Carboline Global is seeking a Plant Production Scheduling Coordinator for our manufacturing facility in Dayton, NV.
This individual will be responsible production scheduling for the facility, maintain and order production supplies, running reports, and updating plant KPI data.
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are a must.
Job Duties:
Print batch tickets as required for manufacturing execution.
Review and validate total demand requirements for product batches for optimal batch size and proper warehouse allocation.
Respond to informal product requests from proper approval sources for batch priorities and visibilities.
Determine manufacturing resource requirement and schedule resources for optimal utilization.
Review resource constraints i.e., materials, labor equipment and adjust schedules accordingly taking into account all contingency plans.
Notify appropriate parties if schedule needs to be modified and affects customer promise dates.
Verifies all production batch tickets for accuracy of allocations notifying specific departments for correction of discrepancies.
Inputs daily information for production batches completed onto spreadsheet(s) for monitoring specific batch information and downtime KPI's.

Key Responsibilities:
Uncover construction bid opportunities through General Contractor community, along with state, local and municipal government job boards utilizing Builders Connect, ISqFt, Plan Hub and other virtual bid sites.
Evaluate and understand the specifications from start to close within an order.
Search existing project specifications to create opportunities with Stonhard products as alternative solutions.
Proactively identify new business opportunities (ZoomInfo subscription provided) and implement effective sales solutions quickly
Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs using Salesforce CRM
Qualifications:
Two or more years of related sales inside sales experience preferred, specializing in construction, industrial, or commercial markets
Proficiency with takeoff software programs to create bid documents.
Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills
Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment with a high degree of flexibility
Computer literacy required, including experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365

Key Responsibilities

As the Deputy Manager your key responsibilities include:
Assist in managing operations within the home in order to reach or exceed goals while assuring the provision of high-quality care
Overseeing the care staff and will be expected to assume full management in the event that the Home Manager is not present
Assist in training and supervising care staff in all facets of their work
Help the Home Manager with pre-admission assessments of residents
Ensure that each resident's care plan and daily records are kept up to date, and foster effective communication with the residents' families and other organisations
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Previous Deputy Home Manager experience
The ability to engage with the service users to understand their needs in order to provide excellent services of care
Good working knowledge of CQC standards
The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors and staffing team
Ability to promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home

*To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care + Previous experience in a similar role

The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £45,000 per annum.
This exciting role is a permanent full time role for 40 hours a week working through Day Shifts.
