The role
As a result of rapid growth and the successes we have achieved within our market sector, we are recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to join our team.
You will be responsible for a portfolio of 5 - 10 clients based across the UK, with the occasional client abroad.
You'll have uncapped bonus potential for upselling, cross-selling and renewing your clients.
Experience within digital marketing would be an advantage but full training on our proposition will be provided, our primary services are SEO and PPC.

Primary Responsibilities: Develop Standard Work for all injection molding processes and support activities and help train leaders in each functional area. Establish and maintain internal specifications and process documentation for injection molding processes and tooling ensuring processes and procedures are clearly stated and understandable for all employees. Justify and generate capital expense proposals and manage capital projects for new machinery, automation and tooling. Drive continuous improvement in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) through team participation in tiered meetings and plant management processes to improve resource utilization, performance and quality. Work to capture and report machine cycle data across all key injection molding equipment using Industry 4.0 concepts and an internal web-based OEE software platform. Oversee specification, quotation and procurement of new or modified/repaired tooling. Establish optimum machine cycle parameters for new or modified tooling and machine combinations. Monitor and report issues with injection molds; make recommendations for refurbishment based on production factors such as cycles, process capability, and tooling history. Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED, additionally the completion of at least 30 credit hours toward a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
Experience related to either manufacturing, industrial, or engineering or enrolling in a program in a related field is also desirable. This paid intern will work roughly 30 - 40 hours per week from May-August.
Must be pursuing a four-year degree in Engineering or a similar field.
Physical Requirements:
This position may require light physical activity and computer usage for an extended period of time - up to 8 hours in a day.
Work environments may require the use of hearing protection, eye protection, and steel toed shoes.

You will assist with Shipping/Receiving of Finished Goods, Tinting of Base Product to Customer Required Color and assisting the Service Center Manager in accomplishing Service Center goals.
Essential Functions:
• Assist with freight loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving on appropriate trailers • Assist in warehouse inventory, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders, and distributing to sales associates for processing. • Read customer orders to determine what needs to be pulled, wrapped and placed in proper shipping lanes.
