GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Filler/Packager is responsible to fill product using at least one of the different types of packaging machines.
The operator will organize the area, collect materials such as pails, cans, cartridges or films, and set up the filling and packaging equipment.
Responsibilities include gathering required labels and casing materials.
Production Order card must be read and followed exactly as to correct packaging including labeling of cans and cases, etc.
Operator is responsible to report correct counts of production for the shift and report downtime information.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Neatly assemble and place all required materials from the fill card to be used in their appropriate location throughout the shift. Read and follow filling procedures to package material into cartridges, chubs, or one, two and five-gallon units. Follow and meet the established production schedules. Properly use the filling equipment and maintain cleanliness of the work area following written standard operating procedures. Assist in the waste segregation and recycling program. Communicate written and verbal information between the Foreman and Production Manager. Use appropriate safety equipment and follow established safety regulations. Track progress throughout assigned shift by completing overall equipment effectiveness documents.
EDUCATION:
No high school diploma required.
EXPERIENCE:
No prior experience or training.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Forklift certification preferred, or willing to obtain.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Kettle Operator is responsible for processing Tremco Sealants and/or Roofing products by carefully reading and following the process order card.
The operator is responsible for area readiness to produce which includes safety and collection and preparation of materials like pails, drums, and other chemical raw materials.
One batch is complete the operator will test for quality, adjust as needed to assure specification is met by following written standard operating procedures, and then fill product into specified packaging and palletize pails or drums.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Control or operate chemical processes or systems of machines using control boards, Human Machine Interface (HMI computer touch screen) or semi-automatic equipment.
Draw samples of products, and conduct quality control tests to monitor processing and ensure that standards are met.
Use appropriate scales or measurement devices to add materials to the kettle as specified by batch process orders.
Must be able to read and understand recording instruments, pressure gauges, scales, flow meters, panel lights, and other indicators to verify the conformity of process conditions.
Monitor control settings and make necessary adjustments on equipment.
Accurately record production and downtime via written documentation.
EXPERIENCE: No prior experience is required.

During each term as a Process Engineering Co-Op they will have the opportunity to learn, experience and contribute to the operations of the polyurethane sealants and coatings manufacturing process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives set by leadership. Generate revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding, and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts. Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty by building rapport, providing technical information/explanations, and preparing quotations. Research accounts, identify key players, assess competitors, analyze/ summarize information and trends, generate interest, and identify sales opportunities. Maintain and expand database of prospects within assigned territory and build pipeline.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce.com. Source, generate, and follow-up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process including inbound and outbound calls and emails. Understand customer needs and requirements and identify product features and benefits that address needs and add value. Close sales and fill orders by transferring orders to fulfillment, communicating expected delivery date, etc. Notify team members of One Tremco qualified opportunities for further development and closure. Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, construction management or related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Minimum of three years experience in a sales or outbound customer service role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets/quotas. Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM. Ability to cold call and reach out to customers who have purchased products is preferred.

One batch is complete the operator will test for quality, adjust as needed to assure specification is met by following written standard operating procedures, and then fill product into specified packaging and palletize pails or drums.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Control or operate chemical processes or systems of machines using control boards, Human Machine Interface (HMI computer touch screen) or semi-automatic equipment.
Draw samples of products, and conduct quality control tests to monitor processing and ensure that standards are met.
Use appropriate scales or measurement devices to add materials to the kettle as specified by batch process orders.
Must be able to read and understand recording instruments, pressure gauges, scales, flow meters, panel lights, and other indicators to verify the conformity of process conditions.
Monitor control settings and make necessary adjustments on equipment.
Accurately record production and downtime via written documentation.
EXPERIENCE: No prior experience is required.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Basic Computer Skills required (Windows Familiarity).
Lean and VFM (Visual Factory Management) skills and/or willingness to train.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Effective team player, self-motivated, quick learner.

Job Title: Digital & social Media Strategist

Summary: As our Digital and Social Media Strategist you will generate awareness and drive growth for the brand by developing and implementing social media and digital marketing strategies, advertising campaigns and always-on content plans.
They work with a small internal team to produce videos and photography, copy, social/digital graphics, plan and execute tactics to drive follower growth and brand engagement for assigned product platform, and prepare analytics and social listening reports.
Responsibilities:
Regularly attending and actively participating in key meetings; actively executing and reporting on tactics to support brand priorities Responsible for defining, selling in, and implementing an organic social channel strategy and always-on content plan to drive follower growth and brand engagement Oversees social media content planning, production publishing, and community management for all social platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.
Collaborates with team: videographer/photographer and copywriter, to create engaging social media content supporting key growth objectives for the brand Communicates monthly production plans and content calendars to internal stakeholders Proactively seeks out low risk, high-impact opportunities to surprise and delight consumers on behalf of the brand or opportunities to produce agile content (reactive to real-time trends) and works with a small internal team to quickly act on those opportunities Collaborates with internal teams to support sponsorship programs, events and ad campaigns based on business objectives.
Collaborates with PR and advertising team and represents brand at events.
Networks with micro-influencers online and in person at events Conducts social listening exercises, analyzes content performance and regularly prepares reports on trends, insights and opportunities Manages, mentors, and develops two direct reports
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, Public Relations or related field 3 + years of social media experience in an agency or corporate environment (consumer goods experience preferred) Proven experience using social media channels, tools, techniques and best practices for business is an absolute must Experience with Sprinklr or other social media management platforms is a plus Demonstrated ability and desire to proactively identify, understand and communicate significant opportunities, findings, issues or concerns to leadership and fellow associates a must Experience analyzing social analytics and listening data, excellent digital researcher Working knowledge social listening and publishing tools including social listening software; experience with Sprinklr and/or Brandwatch a plus Working knowledge of web, search and social analytics tools; experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or Pinterest Analytics a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Excellent writing skills Active listener, a critical thinker and a problem solver Pays extreme attention to detail Strong personal, communication and time-management skills Willing to go the extra mile to get the job done Resourceful, self-starter with the ability to work independently yet an effective Team player and collaborator Proactive, go-getter attitude --not afraid to take on new challenges and projects Able to juggle daily responsibilities with multiple projects and deliverables on tight timelines

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Engineer's role is viewed as an extension of management.
Responsibilities are broad and include safety, product quality, process control, productivity improvement, and development of a LEAN culture.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safety Assume a leadership position at the facility in partnership with the shift supervisors.
Activities include resolution and communication regarding safety issues.
Execute on scheduled PHA's and JSA's.
Proactively monitor area and remediate potential safety issues.
Use DAKOTA software as a tool for compliance and environmental, health and safety.
Use the tool to report incidents, near misses, and non-conformances.
LEAN Culture Develop and execute upon "standard work" activities.
Assume responsibility for assigned activities on the Engineering Tier and other accountability boards.
Conduct "GEMBA Walks" daily.
Use walks as the primary means of education and communication of expectations.
Improve productivity through elimination of non-value-added activities.
Apply Engineering principles and methodologies to Improve productivity and eliminate waste.
Product Quality Work to maximize equipment efficiency and quality for output.
Member of the facility QIC.
Ensure identification of root cause and subsequent prevention of future customer complaints.
Assist in the training of operators with a focus on quality critical product specifications and process parameters.
Capable of equipment troubleshooting and process design.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree from four or 5-year college or university.
B.S.
in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Controls Engineering.
EXPERIENCE:
Six months to one year related experience and/or training. Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or Controls Engineering from an ABET Accredited university. Relevant experience from internship is acceptable for experience. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
