DAP is hiring Studio Production Intern for Summer 2025.
Responsibilities
The intern will be responsible to support all new product launches scheduled within the timeframe of internship, which includes the following responsibilities: Retouch product and application photography to meet brand standards Assist photographers with setting up equipment, managing lighting, and troubleshooting during photoshoots. Perform clipping paths, color correction, general clean-up, and other Photoshop editing tasks to enhance image quality. Ensure all photography is resized, formatted, and renamed according to established conventions for Digital Asset Managementplatforms
Requirements:
Major: Films, Communication. College classification: Junior or Senior Interest in exploring photography, photo assisting and image retouching as a career path. Basic understanding of camera functions and settings, including f-stop, shutter speed, depth of field, and types of lenses. Knowledge of lighting techniques and equipment, such as strobe heads, power packs, diffusion tools, c-stands, and sandbags. Familiarity with Apple OS and Capture One software, including batch renaming and exporting files to specific crops and resolutions. Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop, particularly non-destructive editing techniques, clipping paths, dust clean-up, layers, masks, and color correction. A sharp eye for detail and an understanding of visual aesthetics and composition. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with various team members.

Position Summary:
You will be responsible for manufacturing at acceptably efficient levels, meeting production schedules, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, maintaining employee morale, and any employee relation issues.

Enforce safety regulations, investigate accidents, complete accident reports as required and eliminate potential and actual safety hazards. Maintain a complete understanding of emergency response plans in the event of spills or other similar disasters. Report all safety injuries and incidents to your supervisor and EH&S department immediately. Ensure production quality expectations are met. Responsible for understanding all aspects of production schedule. Understand shift production requirements and hold daily meetings to share information with direct reports. Assign employees to specific work stations and tasks. Advise management of equipment and staffing requirements. Maintain housekeeping standards. Interface with other supervisors on all operations, staffing, and miscellaneous issues. Run daily cycle counts.
Input inventory transactions and monitor LN for accuracy.
Responsible for physical inventory, directs cycle counting, and full physical inventories when required. Assure the following shift is properly stocked with supplies and that materials are in sufficient quantities on the production floor to assure a smooth start-up. Responsible for ensuring ISO standards and procedures are followed. Review and approve time card hours in the timekeeping system by 8:30am every Monday morning. Communicate improper equipment operation or downtime to maintenance and coordinate required repairs. Perform annual evaluations and administer training for production employees. Monitor employee performance, coach, council, motivate, and discipline as necessary. Secure and lock facility when applicable. Enforce all company policies and regulations. Follow all environmental rules and regulations to ensure hazardous materials and waste are managed in an environmentally responsible manner as required by procedure. May be required to train and certify employees on proper use of forklifts. Perform additional duties as assigned Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. 2 years Supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
May have to occasionally travel to other facilities or training events.
Manage 2nd shift from 2pm-10pm with possible weekends when production schedules demand additional output.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, operating and maintenance manuals and safety rules.

Summary
Carboline is looking to fill an open Territory Sales Representative within their Northeast Territory and are seeking candidates located near large cities inthe New York Metro Area. This position will be responsible for both selling and generating new business with already established customers while also developing new prospects to grow volume, revenue and increase the profitability of this territory. Minimum Requirements

Preferred Requirements
Previous industrial sales experience and NACE certifications are a plus.
Physical Requirements
This position requires minimal physical activity.
May require lifting up to 50lbs on occasion.
May require computer usage for an extended period of time - up to 8 hours in a day.
Occasional exposure to various chemicals.
May require travel by car up to 50%, including nighttime.

Summary:
As a Fireproofing Applications Technician, you'll play a critical role in applying intumescent and cementitious fireproofing products to test articles with precision and efficiency.
You'll ensure samples are completed accurately, delivered on schedule, and meet the highest quality standards.
This hands-on position requires strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform all duties of an application technician, including maintaining and operating specialized spray equipment.

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: 2-year college Chemistry or 7-10 years of experience in Painting, Applications, or Technical Service.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and utilize personal protective equipment.
Must pass annual respirator medical evaluation and pulmonary function test per OSHA standards; respirator use required at least 40% of the time.
Comfortable working with a variety of chemicals and materials, including epoxies, fiberglass, zincs, urethanes, phenolics, coal tars, polyurethanes, isocyanates, and more.
Skilled in operating, repairing, and maintaining equipment requiring strong hand-eye coordination, including airless pumps, sandblasting tools, welding equipment, and power saws.
Essential Functions:
Lead the way in mastering surface preparation and application techniques for intumescent and cementitious fireproofing products.
Drive hands-on excellence by setting up and operating spray equipment for in-house demonstrations, training sessions, evaluations, and special projects.
Guarantee top-tier quality by ensuring all panels meet rigorous standards outlined in the Applications Department Quality Control Procedures Manual.
Keep operations running smoothly through proactive maintenance and repair of spray equipment, spray booths, blast cabinets, pin welders, and hand/power tools.
Operate and optimize mixing equipment, airless and conventional spray systems, and other tools to deliver flawless product applications.
Apply expertise in interpreting surface preparation standards and showcasing inspection techniques.
Collaborate on innovation by assisting with evaluations of new or revised products and equipment.
Own the process of managing panel orders from Sales Representatives and Technical Service teams, including scheduling and shipping.
Ensure readiness by ordering and stocking materials and supplies for seamless department operations.
Be proactive in risk management through hazard recognition, injury prevention, and prompt incident reporting.
Stay compliant and informed by completing annual RCRA Hazardous Waste and Contingency Plan training and applying this knowledge daily.
Champion safety and cleanliness by maintaining a hazard-free work environment and adhering to all safety and environmental regulations.
