Summary:
As Product Manager for the Automotive category, you will own strategy, innovation, and portfolio performance for a key growth segment of the business.
This role blends consumer insight, technical product development, and commercial execution to deliver differentiated solutions for both DIY and professional users.
You will identify market opportunities, lead new product development, and bring compelling innovation(s) to market in partnership with cross-functional teams.
This is a highly visible role with direct impact on category growth, brand strength, and consumer experience.
Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Define and execute long-term product strategies that align with business growth goals; including development of an innovation roadmap, completion of competitive analysis, and evaluation of market trends.
Create the 3-to-5-year strategic product plan that translates into actionable 0-2 year functional, business and marketing plans
Assist sales and finance functions with annual budget processes
Perform strategic periodic reviews of the product line analyzing it from a financial, market, competitor and user perspective
Identify initiatives for revenue growth and margin expansion for the product line(s)
Coordinate a cross functional team to select initiatives based on P&L impact and financial investment to build into the platform's 1-3 year action plan
Innovation Leadership: Lead the ideation and development of unique breakthrough products and enhancements that set the standard in the category.
Growth Acceleration: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand market share, drive revenue, and increase brand relevance.
Brand Activation: Partner with marketing to bring the brand to life through compelling content, storytelling, positioning, packaging, and go-to-market campaigns.
Subject Matter Expert on assigned product line(s), with deep understanding of the product, chemistry, users, customer requirements and emerging trends
Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with R&D, sales, operations, and customer insights to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement.
Partner with sales teams to provide them with the tools and information needed to effectively sell innovative Automotive products.
Develop sales materials, presentations, and training programs.
Direct market research and market intelligence gathering to ensure understanding of applications, users, competition, and market trends.
Analyze and leverage data and insights to develop and formulate category and product recommendations.
Conduct early-stage opportunity assessment, ideation and concept development for a new product opportunity from ideation to market launch.
Driving new product development activities through Stage-Gate process.
Define and develop product positioning, messaging, feature specifications, unique selling proposition and pricing strategies.
Travel is approximately 5-10% annually for customer presentations, trade shows, etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus
6+ years of relevant Product Development or Brand experience (Automotive Aftermarket experience preferred).
Strong new product development experience required.
Exhibit understanding of the product commercialization process and documentation and information sharing needs and protocols.
Exhibit understanding of retail, automotive aftermarket, and hardware/distribution business models.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passionate problem solver and creative thinker, with ability to pitch new ideas and be open to feedback.
Analytic and strategic thinking skills, with ability to digest complex information and make data-driven decisions.

Salary Target Range: $90,000 - $120,000, bonus eligible

Tremco Construction Products Group brings together Tremco CPG Inc.'s Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing and Roofing & Building Maintenance divisions; Tremco Barrier Solutions Inc.; Dryvit, Nudura and Willseal brands; Prebuck LLC; Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.; Weatherproofing Technologies Canada and PureAir Control Services, Inc.
Altogether, Tremco CPG companies operate 21 manufacturing facilities, 6 distribution sites, and 3 R&D/technology sites, and employ more than 2,700 people across North America.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Filler/Packager is responsible to fill product using at least one of the different types of packaging machines.
The operator will organize the area, collect materials such as pails, cans, cartridges or films, and set up the filling and packaging equipment.
Responsibilities include gathering required labels and casing materials.
Production Order card must be read and followed exactly as to correct packaging including labeling of cans and cases, etc.
Operator is responsible to report correct counts of production for the shift and report downtime information.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Neatly assemble and place all required materials from the fill card to be used in their appropriate location throughout the shift.
Read and follow filling procedures to package material into cartridges, chubs, or one, two and five-gallon units.
Follow and meet the established production schedules.
Properly use the filling equipment and maintain cleanliness of the work area following written standard operating procedures.
Assist in the waste segregation and recycling program.
Communicate written and verbal information between the Foreman and Production Manager.
Use appropriate safety equipment and follow established safety regulations.
Track progress throughout assigned shift by completing overall equipment effectiveness documents.
EDUCATION:
No high school diploma required.
EXPERIENCE:
No prior experience or training.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Forklift certification preferred, or willing to obtain.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Basic computer skills required (Windows familiarity).
LEAN and VFM (Visual Factory Management) skills and/or willingness to train.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Effective team player, self-motivated, and quick learner.
Ability to read, write and comprehend batch making processes.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Director of Business Development has dual responsibility for these shared functions working closely with the Tremco CPG (TCPG) Corporate Development team and regularly interfacing with RPM International Inc.
(RPM) leadership.
This senior-level role is responsible for the identification, evaluation and execution of acquisition, joint venture, partnership and divestiture opportunities as well as providing accurate and effective financial planning and analysis on assigned initiatives including the development, execution and management of the Company's forecasting process.
The Financial Planning and Corporate Development Manager will oversee projects, leverage established tools and processes (established and maintained by TCPG & RPM) to identify acquisition opportunities that meet RPM's current financial and strategic criteria, execute on acquisitions and divestitures, and drive organizational integration and change.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure work is aligned with divisional practical vision and value proposition.
Set priorities and ensure tasks are executed on time, and that work meets appropriate standards and is aligned with divisional practical vision and value proposition.
Conduct comprehensive market or technology studies and evaluations to demonstrate a viable connection to strategy and define a path to execution or recommendation not to proceed.
Evaluation may include voice-of-customer, lab evaluations, hands-on or other types of research.
Assist TCPG leadership and the Corporate Development team with all major workstreams including:
Quarterly review and analysis of each operating segment for discussion with segment leadership and identified members of the corporate C-Suite.
Monthly review of restructuring project status.
Monthly review of growth plans for each operating segment.
Annual forecasting with review of segment objectives.
Peer performance assessment
Work with TCPG leadership and the Corporate Development team with successful execution of acquisitions and divestitures.
Directly coordinate the acquisition prospecting process including both internal resources and nurturing of external relationships with banks, brokers and intermediaries.
Coordinate corporate, operating company and external resources necessary for identification, evaluation and execution of acquisition, joint venture, partnership and divestiture opportunities.
Collaborate and communicate regularly with key stakeholders and internal/external legal teams.
Lead due diligence process, negotiate contracts and terms, establish post-closing transition, participate in integration efforts, and monitor performance to objectives.
Participate in annual Growth and Strategy conference; meet regularly with Group Presidents to understand their individual acquisition strategies, targets and criteria.
Meet the financial commitments and deliverables for corporate development group (CDG) and shared revenue.
In conjunction with the CDG, actively participate in departmental meetings, KPI development and reporting, divisional KPI report outs, etc.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's Degree in accounting / finance or related is required.
Public Accounting experience is desirable.
MBA is a plus.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Experience Level: 4 or more years of buy / sell merger and acquisition experience.
Previous experience in business development or other professional role that participates in business development activities such as increasing profitability by building strategic partnerships, making strategic business decisions, or increasing growth in terms of business expansion
Excellent collaboration skills and ability to influence and/or lead large cross-functional teams.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Deep understanding of accounting concepts related to P&L, balance sheet and cash flows
Familiarity with Quality of Earnings and other diligence work products
Demonstrate sophisticated skills in business modeling and valuation
Experience in conducting and coordinating financial and legal due diligence
Mastery of Excel; experience with other data analytics tools preferred (e.g., Power Query, Power Pivot)
Experience envisioning and building innovative strategies and plans.
High level of initiative
Excellent interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Able to quickly identify relevant details while working with voluminous data, new technologies, or companies.
Bilingual ability is a plus
